I have had two recent experiences here, both very positive! Most recently, I came in to have the power port on my laptop replaced. It required soldering, which is intricate work, and some repair shops wouldn't even touch it. These guys were happy to help! Despite a complication with the repair, they handled it like pros! Elliot was kind, patient and understanding! They were clear about timing, no surprises with cost and communicated all along the way. My laptop has my whole life on it and they got it back in action. Thank you Elliot and team!I was also there earlier this year to get my phone screen replaced. This was a service contract repair through Verizon. Easy in and out in the same day. Dropped my phone off in the morning and picked it up after work. Again, the staff was fast, friendly and communicated with me throughout the day. I don't know if every location is like this, but I would be willing to find out. This location has made a loyal customer out of me!

Came in for a screen replacement in August. Here we are toward November, and I finally received the replacement product they damaged during repair. Guess what? I needed to pay for the screen repair ($289.00 for a screen repair (a $19 item on eBay) and It wasn’t replaced with a “New” model as per company policy. They ordered me an open box item instead. That, and it isn’t even the same storage capacity type I brought in for repair. I spoke to every level of management in order to get my product serviced/replaced. Very good oral damage control I’ll admit. All of this, and I have to continue to have them get my service corrected. Report made to Better Business Bureau. I’ll update this review moving forward.

I don't know what happened to this place! I would never go back there again. I'd always had amazing experiences with them fixing my cell phone screens. I think they got rid of the people that were working there. I brought my computer there because my mouse was sticking. They told me I needed a new hard drive. I give them my password. I could not contact them. It would have been about a week since I heard from them. Then they told me that it was a virus. Once again no way to get in touch with them. I called on there dedicated line business line. I asked him for a text message number that barely worked and online. They don't respond either. I don't know about you but communication devices like your computer and your cell phone are vital not only just for person I use but for my business. I got a message saying that they could not load Windows 10 back on my computer so they were going to put Windows 8 on it. I tried to call them. Of course they didn't answer. I rushed over just before they closed and got my computer before they messed it up even more than they had. Many times I had let them know that I was disappointed that they were not communicating with me. And I couldn't just come to the shop every time I needed to speak to them or ask her on my computer was done. I would never recommend this place to anyone again. They literally turn their phone off when they're too busy which seems to be all the time. When taking my computer back at the end I was in my car. They're about to lock up. They did not give me my power cord which I luckily caught in time and got. This is hypothetic. This place is running.

Explain to me how a person schedules an appointment (four days prior) and then shows up just to be told that the store is overbooked and to come back another day? That was my second appointment by the way. I showed up for the first appointment (four days prior) and the store was closed. At 3pm. Closed. Probably because of the inclement weather....a little rain sent them home early I guess? Nobody even bothered to call and give me a heads up.It is obvious to me that the staff here is completely incompetent or just plain lazy. I took my phone to another uBreakiFix location and they had it fixed in ONE HOUR. No appointment even needed.Thanks for nothing!

Poor service provided, I drop off my samsung watch for repair on September 6,2023 and was not notified until September 26,2023 that they won't be able to fix it. The schedule pick up date was September 22,2023. They lack people skills and no proper business etiquette overall ?. I waited until today to get a follow-up from the manager and to no avail, so I went to get my unfixed watch 27 days later.

Apple was going to delay repair for 23 days since I did not have my apple password outside of my contacts which I could not see with broken screen.Your tech was not sure he could do it but did it in 2 hours record time! Just amazing. Very capable and nice guy. Telling everyone!

Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of being disappointed by this place on two separate occasions. Initially, I came here to fix a broken screen. Called Samsung, had the claim made and it should've been as simple as dropping my phone off. Enter Latoya (or whatever the small, incompetent woman with glasses is called). She couldn't find my claim, then when I did all the footwork, she put the information into the system. Days pass with no advance in my claim. After calling multiple times, turns out none of my information, from my name to the damage itself, was correct. Again, after doing all the footwork, my claim was corrected then set in motion.Well, funny thing, turns out that if you get your screen fixed, your phone is no longer water resistant. A rainy day taught me that. Enter Latoya again. After hearing my complaint, this very dismissive and lazy person gives me a blank stare and says "it happens", offering 0 solutions. She then goes to the back, where she's laughing out loud, comes back to the front and tells me "talk to my manager". My phone had some water damage and now I had to wait 5 days to speak to a manager.Maybe if she would've done her job the day of, I would have been able to AT LEAST save my data. Instead, I lost my phone, lost my data and had to pay Samsung to replace it. Save yourself the headache and just replace your device through your credit card or some other method. I've never been so disappointed by a service in my entire life.

The employees were good. They replaced my phone's battery on the same day I brought it in. The store opened 15 minutes late, however. I and four other customers were waiting at the front door waiting for that long.

If you're on top of them your service will get done. But forget about calling them, the line doesn't work, you'll never get anyone to pick up. You'll need to go in person to get anything done. And make sure you follow up yourself because you have to run their business for them in order to finish your service in any kind of timely manner. I would recommend doing the diagnostic and ordering parts yourself, and then bringing them everything so they can fix it on the spot otherwise you'll be waiting for weeks for them to get it done. And at that point, you might as well just learn to fix it yourself...

Absolutely an amazing experience from start to finish. I have a Google Pixel 7 and the screen went black. I usually repair them myself but it was an expensive piece not including labor. But, I used my factory warranty that is for a year and made a claim and this location was one of the choices of repair centers to go to. And I'm so happy that we went with this particular location. All employees were friendly and helpful and kept us updated during the repair which was extremely fast. Hands down best phone repair center I've ever been to.

DO NOT GO HERE.Brought my daughter's laptop here (Central Ave - Scarsdale) a few weeks ago. It took over an hour just to drop it off after walking in the store.Received an email a few days to a week later saying in order to fix it, it would need to be wiped to original settings. Told them to go for it - do what you need to do to fix it. Tried calling several times to get an update. No answer. No way to leave a message. Had to drive over to the store on two consecutive weekends to get any info. Was told the phone doesn't ring in the store - calls get forwarded to corporate. If so, no one at corporate picks up and there is no way to leave a message there either. FYI - tried emailing for updates as well - no response.Drove back to the store again today. Found out no work has been started. Unloaded a rant, took the laptop and left. Now need to find another place to get it fixed before school starts next week.This place is the epitome of incompetence. Will never go back again.BTW - don't respond with the canned "we're sorry you had this experience, please give us a call to chat". As noted, I've tried calling several times but no one ever picks up the phone.

I have been to this store in the past for repairs and swaps. The longest I had to go without a phone was a day or 2. I had a pixel 6 pro. Today I walk in when they open at 10 am. I have a pixel 7 pro. I explained the issue I was having with my device. The young lady tells me i have to leave my phone at the store for DAYS just for a diagnosis. I use esim so I can't just pop out a sim and here is my phone. I asked to speak to the manager and i was told that he's too busy to talk to the customer.... So, I left. The young lady at the front was very polite but this customer service for this store has dropped dramatically. I reached out to google and they supported me better... but how can this store be an authorized google repair store with that kind of timeframe and a manager that doesn't have time to talk with customers.... if I could give no stars I would...

Highly disappointed by there services. After going in for an appointment to fix my phone they ordered my screen which they say will they take 4-5 days and that they will call. 1 week later I call they told me the phone screen just came; I scheduled another appointment to go and wait for almost 2 hours to be seen then Toya after pulling up my info asking for claim # and told me the reference number is not the claim # and I have to call Samsung after calling Samsung they inform me the reference is the claim number once I mentioned that to Toya she going to make the announcement about samsung system been down and that no samsung devices will be fixed today. Toya was horrible with the customer services as she was of no help after waiting so long to drop off a phone I made an appointment for and a screen that was ordered for my phone even though I already pay for my services I don't think I will return

DO NOT GO HERE.Let's start from the beginning. Upon walking into the store a few weeks ago, it took over an hour just to drop off my laptop.A few days, maybe a week later, I received an email saying they would need to wipe the laptop to its original settings in order to fix it. I replied telling them to go ahead and do what they have to to. No response.I tried calling several times to get an update. No one ever answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message. I had to drive over there twice (2 consecutive weekends) to find out what was going on. Asked why no one answers the phone and I was told the phone doesn't ring in the store, the calls get forwarded to corporate. Asked why no one at corporate ever answered the phone or why there was no way to leave a message - no answer. FYI - I also tried emailing to get a status - no response.Drove back AGAIN to find out what was going on with the laptop only to find out they never started any of the work. Unloaded a nice rant, took the laptop and left. This place is the epitome of incompetence. Will never go back.

Unfortunately, I needed my phone repaired. Thankfully, these technicians know what they're doing. I was promised it would be ready within 4 hours, and it was. However, there was a delay on them releasing the phone due to some discrepancy with Samsung itself. Malik, the manager, advocated on my behalf and got the phone released after only a two-hour delay. The phone is like new. I hope not to have the need to return but I will if needed.....Update: The above is a reflection of my first ever visit. I've visited twice more, and it's been downhill since. Maybe that 5/5, is just not sustainable. The girl at the counter is highly incompetent. The waiting line just grows because of her, and no other worker will come to the counter to shorten the wait.
