Daily mail delivery is very poor! Yesterday I received the advance notice that there was seven pieces of mail and one package. The mail was delivered at 5:48 PM. We received the package and a magazine. We never received the seven other pieces of mail! Was it delivered wrong or was it overlooked and we may receive it today? Important hospital and bank mail was part of those seven pieces. The mail delivery is the worst we have ever had in fifty years. Charging more for poorer services!

Your employees have a problem with people filming and feel they need to threaten people doing so. Poster 7 says you can, as does the 1st amendment.

Giving two stars because the passport application process was quite easy and quick for two kids passports… but also the employee who took care of us was such a miserable human being. She was just nasty and rude and obviously hates her job.

What a disrespectful and useless staff.
Don’t tell me I can come in, then tell me your machines down and offer no assistance with photos, and when I come back with the photos 20 minutes later you deny me. Or better yet watch me do something incorrect and wait till I’m done to tell me it’s incorrect and to fill out a new form, but then tell me your availability ends at 10 when our appointment has barely even begun. What inconsiderate and impolite people.

Pathetic customer service. They were very rude and forced me to buy a whole roll of tape when I needed the smallest piece for my package. Completely ignored my questions and snapped back at me throughout our ENTIRE conversation. NEVER COME HERE unless you’d like to be disrespected by these arrogant, uncivilized ‘workers’ who don’t deserve a job anywhere in the world.

Bald head rude drunk supervisor needs to be fired ASAP. He smells like alcohol and brings his daughter to work with him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD REPUTATION FOR THIS POST OFFICE!
