There is a man with a mustache who works at this post office, and his behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Every time I come in, he rolls his eyes at me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. His rude attitude and lack of basic customer service skills are unacceptable, especially in a setting where people simply want to get their tasks done without judgment or attitude. It’s frustrating to deal with someone who clearly doesn’t care about treating people with kindness or respect. Honestly, someone like that should not be working in a public-facing role—he should be fired.

I agree with the other person who posted about THE MAN WITH THE MUSTACHE! HE IS BEYOND RUDE. He claimed I had a weapon when I did not and the cops had to get involved which caused a big scene. I also was on line and a lady asked for tape and he yelled at her and refused to give her a TINY piece of tape and then eventually did but told the lady he’s not allowed to give tape. PLEASE AVOID THIS MAN HE IS TROUBLE!

AYE !PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Stop being cheap on the holidays Scarsdale people . Post office workers work soo hard to get yall packages in rain sleet and snow falling tripping just to rush to have lunch that’s really not long enough.
And the summers try to offer more water so they don’t die on your steps or pass out . It’s burning up outside and you think you have Johnny bravo carrying your stuff or Arnold swordsanegga or however his friggin name is spelled .
Oh & Have more compassion
Especially because my heart might be yall post man . He works soo hard to try to service the community. His name is Chris Lewis . So give him extra kindness for me please.

SHOULD BE A ZERO
The man with the mustache and glasses is COMPLETELY USELESS!!! Walked in to renew my son’s passport, no other customers in the post office at the time and said he could put the package together since we didn’t have an appointment!! Great customer service

Scarsdale Post Office, where is my Priority Mail Express International? I paid $75 for Priority Mail Express International at the Scarsdale Post Office with a tracking number: EH040409840US. According to the USPS website, the express mail did not leave the White Plains Post Office, the Scarsdale Post Office, or the US. I called and went to the post office, but there was no answer about where my mail was. The postmaster promised to call, but they refused to contact me or return my mail. Mistakes happen, and I would be glad if the mail were returned to me—horrible customer service.

One of the better usps offices. The one at the golden horse shoe has the rudest employees. I try to avoid that one.

I had a nice experience at the main Scarsdale post office today, Monday October 23rd. The kind clerk helped me out in processing an in-person change of address request. The clerks helped me out with a smile and it was a plus that there was no line and ample street parking!

When I went to the Scarsdale Post Office, I was impressed until we went to the clerk. The clerk seemed to have no regard for our presence. He seemed highly annoyed that we were even there and didn't even look at us.

My husband and I have been going to the Scarsdale Post Office on Chase Road for over 31 years. We have always enjoyed pleasant interactions with the entire post office staff. On our recent trip there to mail a package and complete our passport renewals, the manager and the clerk could not have been nicer. I believe the manager's name is James - I hope this is accurate - and our clerk was Fakhrun Chowdhury. Thank you all for the professionalism and the quality service that you have provided our family with for over thirty years.

This is usually my go-to post office. It’s a bit of a drive but I don’t mind because the staff and amenities are better here. However since I last came, they’ve completely removed the self serve package station and completely removed the package drop-off bin. It was the main amenities that I came to this location for. It’s also too far out of my normal commente to be able to get here on the days I work. So I guess I won’t be coming back anymore.
