“Unfortunately my first encounter with them was due to having to put my dog of 17 years to sleep. I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful, empathetic and caring the staff was during this whole ordeal. They were VERY reasonably priced for the final check up and cremation... the ashes even came with my pups paw print and a certificate. I would 1000% recommend them and will absolutely be returning for annual/sick care when my family is ready to bring a new pup home.”

“Dr. Cassandra Ring is the best veterinarian my Willow had, yes had, because he passed away on 5/6/2026 at the office. She and my family were by his side, but she cried as if Willow was her baby. Our Willow, Pitbull mix was 16.5 years old. The office personnel were also in tears, as they said goodbye to Willow with us. Finding such empathy is unique, this office has it, our hearts are devastated by the transition of our beloved Willow, at least he knew such beautiful love. They handled everything for us❤️”

“I drove over 100 miles to come here because they specialize in eye care and they have a few vets so you can get an appointment that isn't over a month out. I'm very happy with my experience. My GSD gets anxious at the vet and normally doesn't do as well with male vets, but Dr. Gaarder had a calm presence and the exams went smoothly. He thoroughly explained our GSDs condition and things to look out for that would warrant a call to the office. The cost of the visit was very reasonable for a specialist.”

We have known her for at least 20 years and 6 of our kitties in the family have been taken care of by her. She has saved one of our babies' life at least 3 times! “Dr. Jakimer is a genuinely kind person and an excellent veterinarian. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure you understand what is going on with your pet. When my dog needed an ultrasound, he was very quick to arrange an in-house ultrasound and made the whole process much less stressful.
What really stood out to me was that he called several days later just to check on Decues and see how she was doing, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and kind. He is always helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns I have. You can truly tell that he cares about his patients and their families.

“We had such a wonderful experience bringing our shy dog to this animal hospital. Our pup is usually very nervous at the vet and takes a long time to warm up to new people, but Ashley had biscuits and was incredibly patient, gentle, and compassionate from the moment we walked in. She took the time to make our dog feel safe and comfortable, and by the end of the visit our dog absolutely loved her.

“I can’t thank Dr. Fullerton and the whole LAH team enough for the amazing care they gave my dog from the time he was a puppy all the way through his senior years. He went through so much over his 17+ years—epilepsy, injuries, viruses, even a serious eye injury that had us coming in every day for months—and everyone there was always so kind, patient, and professional.

“We can’t thank enough to the wonderful team of Dr. Paul Schwartzreich. My cat, Hydrox, got seriously infected after a fight with another animal in April. She was brought to Dr. Schwartzreich with bad skin abscess which was then treated properly with great attention. Denise, who performed after-surgery care and bandage changing was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure the wounds were healing in a good manner. The appreciation also goes to other nice people in this clinic, including but not limited to Maria and Amanda in the front desk, and Juan and other staff who worked behind the scenes.
Hydrox is still in the process of slow recovering but we are confident for a faster recovery with Dr. Schwartzreich and his team by our side.”

“I followed Dr. Gina Antiaris when she took over the practice and I have never looked back. I believe there are 3 doctors there and I trust my cats to no one else. They completely understand and are empathetic to the nutiness some of us clients can inflict on them because they understand that for some, their pets are their life.
They are compassionate and its very rare for any Healthcare oriented establishment but I never felt pressured to get tests done or spend a crazy amount of money. When Dr. Gina tells me we need to do something we know its necessary and not just another way to get money out of us.
I am so lucky I have them to keep my cats up and running and honestly the whole staff deserves a standing ovation because they truly care about what they do.”

“We bring our senior dog -- 15 years old 15 pound cockapoo -- here for regular check-ups. A few days ago, the dog had several days of continuous diarrhea. We brought her in on an emergency basis. Dr Truslow's caring treatments applied worked pretty much immediately! Everyone is feeling much better!”
