Nasty lady at the teller booth refused to exchange my bills as I do not have an account with this bank. I can tell you after the attitude I got from the teller I will never do business with this bank ever! If you do have to bank with them, go to a different branch as you will likely get more respect.

The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. It's nice to have the convenience to purchase my CDs and to know that there are other products available if I need them. I always recommend Trustco to anyone that asks, 'Where is a good place to bank?'

They hit me with 3 fees costing $36 dollars a piece for over draft fees all on the same day without notification. I can see the first one but to continue to do all 3 the same day in a row. Been customer for 20+ years. Called said they could not help. It's their policy. Basically check was deposited on Tuesday. But didn't clear till Wednesday. They hit me with the fees for that Tuesday. Not happy with this bank anymore. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We relocated to FL and were able to keep our Trustco accounts down there. Dawn (branch Assistant Manager) called us recently to remind us we had a CD maturing. She gave us the rates & terms and we were able to take care of everything via the phone with her. I wish all banks had this type of service! We miss that personal touch we got in Schaghticoke NY!
