This place can screw up a hotdog stand!! 3 to 4 times In a row I had a doctor write a script at 10 am and go to pick it up the next Day at 5 pm. They never have them filled ? They never communicate with you if you have a insurance issue. They wait your in pain out side in the car. When it's to late!!Terrible service!!

They do the best they can with the staff they’re given. It’s the Walgreens company that is at fault for the short staffing in the pharmacy. The pharmacist and the pharm techs work their butts off, especially the main pharmacist works very hard. I’ve seen other Walgreens where the pharmacist and techs give up, but not at this location. The pharmacy started restricting hours and closing on Sundays many weeks ago due to a lack of staff. Then they were closed on Saturdays as well (of course I didn't know this until walking up to a closed counter). Today (Mon.) I walked in to get my mother's prescriptions only to find it closed AGAIN! When I asked the woman at the front, she said they were out to lunch and would be back at 2. It was 12:40. 3 employees take lunch at the same time for more than an hour? I can bang my head against the wall anywhere. I don't need to do that here. My business will be going back to CVS.

Proper notification to customers when a script isn't available until Friday afternoon after it was on hold due to no stock that the pharmacy is no longer open on weekends. I have been on this medication for several years, I'm there every month, and have been a customer for over 20 years. Unacceptable! At the very least you could notify the customers who don't have the option to transfer to another location so they don't have a dely or gap in treatment.

Today was the second day in 9 days pharmacy’s closed due to ???. I actually got a call at 1:00 my new script that a doctor ordered this morning ( and I needed to start today) was ready and when I got there At 2:00, pharmacy had closed early I was told.

Back when this was Rite Aid, pharmacists were attentive, quick and cared. Since the Walgreens switch, I dread pharmacy interaction. Walgreens needs to do some restructuring or at least better training on customer service and care within the pharmacy.

Pharmacy tech was very unprofessional to my wife. Pharmacist standing behind her said nothing. Unbelievable how a company could have such bad reviews and not at least try to hire people with good customer service skills. She will be switching to cvs mechanicville.

Everytime prescriptions need refills, Walgreens doesn't have them on file, even though I'm sitting in the Drs office as he sends them. It's very frustrating. Picking up prescriptions is equally frustrating because the process is so slow. Never had any issues when the pharmacy was run by RiteAid.

On April 9th I picked up a rx their credit card transactions were working correctly I tried twice to pay with my card so I had to pay 20.00 in cash well the next day the transaction shows up as a paid transaction in my checking account I went back to the store spoke to the manager told Me it would come off it hasn’t I have a receipt for the cash purchase and my checking account shows the withdrawal Walgreens own up to your mistake! I’m so disgusted!!!!
