First of all they put your business in the air for everyone to hear second we sat there for a while discussing pricing until they finally denied us because of a petty reason. The manager isn’t really friendly. Luz has a don’t care attitude and it’s awful wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

Very horrible customer service, I have called in regards to my tv having lines thru it and then randomly powering off and not working anymore was told I’d hear back in a day about a replacement never heard back. It’s been a week and a half now. Try to call and no answer. Justin was very rude on the phone the 2 times I did get in touch with someone.

Imagine the Store taking your money for an item but not leaving the item just because the person that ordered the item wasn’t home. They didn’t even say she had to be home in order to leave it. But they are quick to take her money of course. Worse store to work with in my opinion.

Let me tell you my sister was talking to me about becoming a customer to Arron's and after what I witnessed yesterday definitely NOT she ordered a new refrigerator not only did she not get the refrigerator and they tell her the refrigerator won't fit but she had to measure the space herself she called the corporate office twice and still has no refrigerator and anything they talk about this is a priority matter and yet she still don't have a refrigerator so where's the priority at really I know after this mess I won't be a customer or anyone I know

I would give them a negative 5 starts if i could. First time going to this store looking for a tv stand and didn’t even stay for more than 2 minutes after seeing a roach on a pillow of one of the dirtiest displayed couches they had. do not recommend (also the staff did not even acknowledge my presence when I walked in the store) seemed pretty rude to me.

I've been dealing with this company for years, and although I have been waiting for my couch to be repaired since before Covid, I have yet to get a resolution to my issue. But as a faithful customer, I continued to pay my bill. Yes, I have stopped paying because my couch still has not been repaired in the years I've had it! As a matter of fact, my set is paid off. Why should I continue to give my hard-earned money to a company that keeps ordering parts and never does the required work? Even though one thing has nothing to do with the next, I feel that I have been patient, Covid Mandate has been over and I am over everything. AARON'S can wipe out the 900.00 owed to them for not doing their job!As an excellent customer, I was annoyed that I was harassed via phone for 1 missed payment! Things happen. My address & number hasn't changed. I didn't relocate with their stuff, & I don't sneak in & out of my house to avoid them during this pandemic, I just simply missed a payment! Extend some courtesy and offer a one-time payment to be added to the end of the bill!

Don't do business with this company they ripped wires off my house and left after delivering to my neighbors. They didn't tell anyone about this. I was told that I would have to fix the problem.I now plan on contacting everyone possible to see this irresponsible company gets what they deserve.

Walk-in they were nice, helped immediately, I had 2 kids with me they let them play on some arcade machines they had so I could do what I needed to. Very helpful, explained everything well. Upon delivery. One of the guys were very nice he set up beds quickly, we spoke, shared a laugh. The other guy had headphones in did t say anything a did one thing.

I originally left a 5 star great review but I am changing it based on recent experience about 2 weeks ago I started a lease and paid 2 weeks I told them I planned to come pay it off on my next payment the guy that helped me said I owed $50 more than I was first told. Fast forward I got to pay the item I had for 2 weeks and now is $30 more to pay off. Whatever at this point I’m done or So I thought, so I give them what the lady said I had to pay, and there’s an issue she then tells me I owe and additional $190 even though she told me the payout I literally can go buy the item I got from them with they payout they were going to get and save $200. I literally have a receipt saying the buyout amount and they are definitely trying to scam you, stay away there are plenty other rent to own options!!!
