We got lucky. These folks were great. We had to leave our truck full of stuff in New York. Two months later we got back on the road without the slightest bit of trouble.

The facilities are tidy and well kept, plus the place is run reliably and professionally.. and Terry has added the quality of being creative and thoughtful with storage solutions for my changing needs. I have been renting space from Alternative for about 5 years now. I cannot recommend them enough. Terry and her husband are exceptional to deal with and are the reason I stay there. They have proven to me over and over that they are good trustworthy people and really care about the folks they do business with. What is more import than that when talking about your personal stuff?

I have never needed a storage unit before, but Terry and her team are the best. It is very convient to get in and out of, payments are done automatically and if there is ever a situation it is handled promptly and professionally. Highly Recommend

I've been renting for about 5 and half years now. Facilities are always clean and well maintained. They always get back to you immediately if you have any issues, as well as they communicate any issues with you right away. Terry is always pleasant! Plus, the prices are great! Extremely reasonable for the size of the unit. I know my stuff is safe too. Highly recommended!

I am so lucky & happy we found this storage facility. The units are very clean & dry, do not smell musty, are affordable & safe. Alternative Self Storage is easy to get in & out of. The owners Terry & Ramon are helpful, very easy to work with & really care about their customers & community. For peace of mind when in the need of storage units, I highly recommend Alternative Self Storage.

This is a great place to choose to keep your items safe. Terry is so kind and caring. Definitely puts your mind at ease. They are great at notifying you in advance of any changes (short or long term) that may impact your unit or access to your unit.

I have 2 units with Alternative Storage, have been here for over 11 years and service here has been fantastic since day 1.
