Usually do pretty good work but this time around they charged me $400 to install 2 front wheel bearings, broke my ABS sensors then wouldn’t fix it when I came back several times saying they were too busy. I’m disappointed because this was my main place to get work done and they usually do a great job. Now I have to pay another shop $500 to get the work completed for real

This is an awesome shop. I was broke down a 1000 miles from home. They were kind enough to squeeze me in and get my car repaired so I could get back on the road. Wonderful service and the best and kindest receptionist in New York.

Best Auto Service hands down. These guys helped me out a lot the few times i’ve had to bring my car in. Had to bring my car in today due to something grazing on the bottom of my car and a check engine light i had. They fixed the loose clip that was grazing under my car, and they also fixed the check engine light for me at no cost. Highly recommend. The nicest and the realest people you’ll meet when it comes to taking care of your car.

Shady business practices. we have been a customer of andex auto for 6 to 7 years now and have always trusted their skills and word when it came to fixing our vehicles. the new practices is being very shady, lying to customers, doing work that is not needed or not doing the work that was quoted for to begin with. they also do not stand by their warranties. my recent experience, I was charged almost $500 for for work that was not needed, the issue was not fixed and they had no intention of fixing the actual problem. I was given a long list of items that was needed to be fixed for inspection to pass with almost $2500 cost. I took my car to another mechanic who checked it over did the breaks and rotors for $200 with the parts I bought and my inspection passed perfectly fine without any issues. Harry and his son wanted to change rack and pinion for a "leak" which it does not have, starter, battery, ps hose, ps pump, control arm and axel, valve cover gasket, exhaust pipe. it was crazy the amount of items that the car "needed" to get fixed.the vehicle has since been checked over by 2 different mechanics who both said the vehicle is fine and does not need all the work listed above.

I passed by this summer to stop off and ask how much it would be to replace a fuse because my stereo wasn't working because the fuse went out the guy gets in the car and says to me how do you know it's a fuse and taps on my stereo and completely cracks the screen and breaks the entire thing.. asking me how do I know it's a fuse questioning me obviously because I'm a woman. Like I don't know my own car. He gets in and taps my stereo and then completely for real breaks it so it won't do me any good to change the fuse out now because I have to replace the entire stereo not the speakers thank God because the speakers are amazing but this guy ruined my stereo system and then says to me oh XYZ go over to the stereo place and then get it from them and then come back and bring it to me I'll put it in for you.... you broke my stereo. So I'm just letting everyone know what he did to me this past summer

Amazing customer service. Harry is always honest and his prices are fair. I've been going to him for a long time and never had a bad experience. The quality of his work is amazing and he always tell you exactly what the problem is and only what you need to fix. He never tries to charge you extra money. He is very honest and straight forward. I recommend him anytime over anyone
