I recently visited his shop and he took time to recommend cards that were being added to a collection to be passed onto my children. We talked about baseball, basketball and football cards. We also looked at the certified autographed items he has decorating the walls of his store. “My father drove us up here from Virginia to see his home town. When he was about our age he would got to the Dwains Toy Land that was in the same building many years back. When we were driving by he lit up and was so happy that it was open. The store is crowded wall to wall with things, having quite the eclectic style. It's the kind of place where you could spend the whole day looking and collecting things and still leave wanting more. The store owner was polite and nice to us. Would definitely recommend stopping in. Quite the experience.”
“Love this place. Donnie is insightful and I've been stuck here for hours just having good conversations with him. This is probably my favorite gun shop in the capital district, with Outlander Survival Supply being a close second. They don't carry much in semi auto though, but you can find lots of old school treasures here! Good selection of Lever, Bolt, and Break action guns. They are the only place around to find hard to get ammo.”
