“Went to O’Rilley’s today to replace both of my front windshield wiper blades, As I was from out of town and did not know my way around, there are no O’Reillys auto parts where I live-Jeremy was excellent. He not only helped me get the right blades, but he came out and installed them for me as well. I have arthritis in my hands and it’s difficult for me to do something like install wiper blades. He also gave me information on the rewards program and was just overall friendly and helpful.”

This store was the closest on Google Maps, so we made it over and the two gentlemen working there that day were so helpful- quickly got new blades on for us, and even investigated why the wiper arm itself was loose and fixed that for us. So, so appreciative of their kindness and helpfulness, especially when it was such awful weather!”

“After going to two other local auto stores and having no luck getting help, I was at a loss on how to fix my blinker light on a cold rainy night. The associate that helped me, Chris, was a the type of young man who truly made a difference. He was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He changed the bulb for me even though it was cold , dark and rainy, and had me on my way safely in no time.
