The tall man who sits in the first chair and owns/runs the place should be fired or never work in this establishment again. He is extremely rude and creates a very uncomfortable environment. I have been going to this establishment for years with my family and will not be back due to the treatment I received recently. I expressed a concern at my appointment and he gave nothing but attitude in return and made me feel overwhelmed/embarrassed for asking a simple question.

It's best to make an appointment on the weekends they are very busy. They are a clean facility and their services are excellent.

I do NOT recommend and will NEVER return for any service.
I went in to get a pedicure, I have 4 PRESS-ON toenails, barely hanging on, to the point where I peeled on off for the nail tech, and he peeled off the other three. After he peeled them off he says “it’ll be an additional $5 for that”. I was completely flabbergasted because it literally took him two seconds, and if I knew it was going to be an extra $5, I would’ve done it myself. When I asked him why he said that they usually charge $10 to take off acrylic, but these were press one and barely hanging on three toenails.
That alone pissed me off, and I should’ve left at that point, but I stayed, only to received the WORST rushed pedicure ever. As seen in the picture, I walked out the salon with dead skin on my feet, which is typically what nail techs scrub away.
When the ticket came, and I reiterated I would not be paying an additional $5 for him to have taken off three press on toe nails, and the fact that I still had dead skin on my feet he sent the manager. I explained to her the same sentiment, and she laughed in my face, as if I was telling a joke.
All that to say, I end up paying the additional $5, and Bella will never get another dollar from me.

my cousin & i come in every month. always wonderful, professional service at Bella Nails. Staff is very kind, nice & talented💅 Highly recommend Bella Nails for the best pedicures 💅
they are also very sweet & accommodating to my 3yr old niece when she tags along ❤️

They did a great job on my nails with gel! They also have an autoclave to clean their utensils/nail tools. Wont go any where else now!

My nails were so cute, they were short and pink with gel! But, I got them on Thursday or Friday. it’s now the following Tuesday and they’ve all popped off beside my thumb nails and even my thumb nails paint peeled a little. I was satisfied until they only lasted 5-6 days. I don’t remember the ladies name but she had short hair with bangs and glasses.

I DO NOT recommend this place. The guy took off my acrylic nails with a fake nail and didn't even soak them. He also didn't put any cuticle or nail bed oils on. He just took them off and shaved my nails down a tiny bit then sent me to the cash register.Other than that, beautiful place and good workers

Alysia is amazing and so talented! I only go to see her. I always bring her a picture and she ALWAYS delivers. Expect to pay more if you want nails like this but they’re always worth it. I got the pink set done February 1st and I’m writing this review on February 26th and only one nail just started lifting yesterday. She seriously knows what she’s doing! Pay usually $75-$100 plus tip for a full set with gel and designs. They do a discount if you pay cash and they have an ATM on site.

I’m a frequent customer..but today I didn’t have a great experience.. I got a pedicure which turned out very beautiful but i thought the lady that did my toes was gonna do my nails. but I got someone else(the lady all the way in the back in the middle) she was very rude, I had asked for a color base but claimed they didn’t have it knowing they did she just didn’t want to go get the color. I asked for coffin it wasn’t coffin it’s a whole different shape. And when I went to go pay she said “Cash tip or on card” which was very rude because they never ask that question ever…she expected me to tip her…

** No chips after a week and a half **
Wonderful first time! I called at 6:30pm (they close at 8) and was told they had time for an acrylic nail removal and manicure. I was greeted when I walked in and immediately started on.
We decided to do ANC (dip) nails and I like the color. I usually start picking at my gel nails so I wanted something that wasn't as tempting to remove.
Overall, positive experience and I will definitely come back for when I do want my nails done! Very kind staff.

Longer pedicure would have been nice. The stones was a nice touch, but could have been Longer. The staff should learn to regulate the water and the nail water was two cold. We're going to try them again!!
