OK, so get this one. I ordered a 50" television from this Rotterdam store and it was to be delivered. It was delivered one day later than originally stated. That was fine. Within twenty minutes of delivery, we opened the Sharp box. To our surprise, it was not a SHARP 50" TELEVISION. It was some old, used, scratched up Insignia television. WHAT? So we called the store to let them know we would be coming down to return it. Well, that's when I was told that I can't return it. They have to do some sort of investigation or contact higher up managers? This was absurd. I purchased a television, got ripped off and somehow this is my problem? I contacted the CORPORATE OFFICE and they wanted photos, so we sent them. Which was also ridiculous. So I spend $299 on a TV at BJ's and they're treating me like a criminal? Corporate finally sent a return UPS pick up and now I have to wait home all day for UPS. What an incredibly horrible store and management. Do not shop here for electronics. I don't know what sort of scam their running. Stay away!

Purchased a gun safe which they will not help you load. I brought a couple of guys with me and we loaded it and took it home. After taking it out of the box the top right corner is dented and shipped, the bottom left corner is basically crushed and the door doesn't line up evenly. I went to the club to discuss my options before I loaded the safe back up. Basically the person that claimed to be a manager wasn't willing to do anything other than give me a refund. I called customer service and they assured me that they would have a resolution for me and that I would receive a call in 3-5 days. It is now day 8 and I called customer service back and got told that they had to get an approval from the department and that I would receive a call when a decision is made. This is extremely poor customer service at both the store and the customer service call center.

Where to start. First after making an appointment at the tire center we arrived to find it closed. We did not receive a phone call or email to let us know. That's a good indication as to how they clearly don't care about their customers at all. Secondly why do they have the cashiers scan and repack your cart only to have the trolley gestapo waiting at the door. They literally search your cart like your hiding Jews! So either they think that every customer are thieves, who can miraculously hide a giant bag of toilet paper down their pants, or they simply don't trust their own cashiers to do their job correctly. Either way another example how they simply don't care about the "customer experience". Thirdly why have staff walk around asking customers how they are today, when you have only three cashiers on and huge lines. Priorities please. Customers don't like being bothered when they can go through checkout faster. Lastly and on a good note. The pastries are good. That's about it for today's visit.

I used to like this store but not so much any more. They recently installed self check out machines that don't take cash. I realize most people use a debit card now but I still use cash. I only had two items and had a very long wait because of only one cashier. The cashier told me many customers are complaining about this. When corporate corrects this problem, I will change my review rating.

Bjs is definitely the cheapest on cold cuts. The cutters are hit and miss. I only like my cold cuts super thin. Just above being shaved. They will show you the first slice but won't let you touch them. I hate it when it looks good and when your not looking they crank it up. Last time I brought everything back for a refund. Because it's a wholesale club doesn't mean they are the cheapest. You have to know your prices. Also, they have the best and biggest cooked chicken on the rotisserie. Only $4.99. What pisses me off is they have a 12 or 20 or less checkout but it's never open. This time of year sucks as if you have a few items you have a long wait. Last time I had a few items and left them and my cart in line and walked away.

We love bjs. Good pricing good selection. Store seems to always be very clean too. Deli is by far the cheapest around and they always have fresh produce too.

Pretty good, would be better if they had wine like Albany store. Checkout checker has good sense of humor.. Deli staff is hit or miss...usually quick checkout

Love this location! It is clean, well-kept and as another reviewer stated, this one is busy but not nearly as insane as the other locations. You can move around and the lines are not usually bad here. I am a huge proponent of self checkout, too. They are even picking up some really good organic and vegetarian/vegan brands too, which I love. Can't beat their price on Organic salad greens either; you get a HUGE package of them for 3.99 or 4.49. At the grocery store, they charge you 5.99 or more for half the greens. On to the Tire Center. Go here to buy tires for your car. The service is impeccable and the tire pricing is hard to beat. I found a far better price for my tires with them, than even Tire Rack. I got Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring tires for my Honda last week from them. The price is great, and they only charge $60 to install and balance. They even cleaned up my dinged up rims for no extra charge; they just decided to do it when they saw them. They also give you free tire rotations for the life of the tires. Shout out to Raj, who took care of my car and also my paperwork, great guy who is very thorough and friendly! Ask for him when you go; you will not be disappointed!
