Food was fresh, but when we got to sit down and eat they had not put sauce on the royal crispy sandwich, they had placed none of the ordered sauces in the bag for onion rings and mozzarella sticks. While I know mistakes happen, this is the third time in a row that have omitted all sauces for our order for hard working, hungry nurses in the middle of our shift. And we don’t have time to run back out for the correct order.

My first love of fast food was Burger King and it was only fitting that I eat my last fast food meal here and it didn’t disappoint. The service was great especially for a late night. My unique requests were met with no problem at all and the staff did a great job. KeepIt up! This is not the same place it was 4 years ago.

They can't even be bothered to pick up the phone after they short you on multiple items in your $36 order, DO NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT WITHOUT CHECKING EVERYTHING IN YOUR ORDER!!! multiple times they have done this and then when you are home and calling them, they won't answer their phone. Also corporate is a joke and will do anything to also not help you, just go to the McDonald's down the street.

Drive Thur extremely unprofessional pursuit to argue about tender that we’re nuggets.First all gave code number to coupon .Should know what code food is already if she knows her job .Then went to window shift leader calling himself manager.Said Thats was his wife an leave his f window.Im not done I have contact corporate in Miami .Had my 3 year old grandson screaming for his French fries nice right.P professional .Husband and wife should not work together in work place.Wrong person to be rude to. .Needless to say didn’t get food an left I’m not arguing with a child worker with my grandson in car .

I enjoy all the food. It's the service that's abysmally lacking. I placed a mobile order and I couldn't pick it up! The mobile app doesn't indicate a closing time and I was only 5 minutes late. Many -- if not most -- stores will keep a mobile or delivery order and still serve it for a time after close. App support also is pretty bad. If the chat bot can't help it's a 24 to 48 hour wait FOR AN EMAIL!!! I'm hungry now! This reflects very badly on the chain -- especially on the app!

Okay, this isn't even about the food. But there's a guy who works here, i believe his name is Kevin. We go out of our way to come to this Burger King bc this man is hilarious and always makes the time here go by quick. And always makes good food. So yes we will be driving the extra 15 minutes to go to this burger king just bc of Kevin. Thank you lol.
