The customer service in this store is very bad , i went this past Saturday , you need a code to get into the restrooms so i ask the security cause i couldn't find someone on the floor to ask she said im new and i dont remember it let me ask so she went on her radio and the cashier ask if its for her she reply no its for a customer and the cashier said no codes for customers and never suggests wait we will send someone to open the door that was it so i went online paid and left must say first and last time shopping there .....

I shop at Burlington at this location for my everyday day needs today I spend over $300 I wanted to put my phone number at the register but the cashier by the name Ryan said he already put it through and I couldn’t get to put my phone numbers as a customer I wasn’t happy I choose Burlington to shop and I wanted to put my phone number and I didn’t get to do it so I am not going shop at Burlington at this location no more everyone love a good shopping experience unfortunately I didn’t get that today and I was disappointed thank you

If I could give a zero I would. Very unprofessional people work there highly disappointed with whoever they call a manger because they don’t have one I wonder why? Also disappointed with the customer service help line that did nothing at all!! I have never seen a business run so poorly I am highly upset but just appalled mostly that a business conducts themselves like this. Terrible experience and customer service is no help!!! Lack of a real leader management employees ethics and how to run a store. Burlington should be embarrassed.

It's really nice, it's not like the employees are all smiley, but they aren't mean like in some places, and it has A LOT of pretty stuff, make up, hair stuff, clothes, etc! (Mostly clothes, obviously.) :) Definitely coming back.

I’m not sure why this store treats customers like potential criminals just to walk in the door. You have to be let in by an employee who stands there watching you — it immediately creates a weird, uncomfortable vibe. Meanwhile, Marshalls right next door is completely open and welcoming.
I understand the need for loss prevention, but the way it’s handled here feels excessive and uninviting. It discourages people from even wanting to shop. If the goal is to make honest customers feel uneasy, it’s working.
Do better.

I’m a loyal customer and certified member. I was there 6/18/25 I was in register number 2 taller name Anthony. He was very rude,he didn’t have the patience to help me to collect and use my rewards ended up losing my reward..can’t someone help me I got the recibe thank you

I am a loyal and certified member of Burlington, within 2 days I spent approximately $1,114 dollars but the 2nd day I didn’t like how I was treated at all. The 2nd day(today around 10:50am)
I went because I wanted to get more stuff , I went with my 11 year old son. I didn’t like how I was treated. There was a security guard with the description who was a black male with dreads. I wanted to use the bathroom so I told him my son would stay in the front with my purchased items while I quickly went to the bathroom. While I was in the bathroom he followed me and came to knock and see if I was using the bathroom. I didn’t like that at all. I’m reporting because as a loyal customer of Burlington he made me feel as if I was someone suspicious, Was it because I’m black? I don’t know what in my appearance concludes a suspicious. If this is how it is I will have no problem canceling and cutting ties with Burlington.

Maria is absolutely patient and a great worker !!
