This place is a joke no one EVER picks up the phone. My sister had blood work done they said they'd call within 48 hours with the results, no one ever called! tried to reach the office but no one ever answers!! AGAIN had to go there physically even after a week no one had even read the results. The reception said someone would read them and call her that day no one did, finally 3 days later someone called and said she needed to see a kidney specialist but when I called the specialist they recommended no one had called in a referral AGAIN could not reach the office had to go there physically and when I told the receptionist she said no one from that office ever called her, said her results are fine??? WHAT??? All of that information was untrue she needed to see someone ASAP (please I could go on but won't bore you with the details) If you care about yourself or your family stay away from this practice the receptionists are rude and incompetent oh but the Christmas decorations are nice I guess that's all that matters.

I was sent a message saying that my doctor will be on leave so I am responsible for calling them to reschedule for both me and my daughter. That’s fine… but the problem is my calls were never picked up after 10 minutes holding every time. I tried text messages as well but no one bothers to reply to me either. I don’t know what can I do other than taking my work time off and drive to the office in person… sounds not fair to me.

This one is for Dr. Mundra and her amazing staff. I needed blood work done this morning - I notified the staff at the reception desk that I was a fainter, I tend to hyperventilate and pass out - and I would need help. For some reason these types of things have always freaked me out from a young age (regardless of me being covered in tattoos and loving horror, the irony). Kenny, the staff member who did my blood draw was so incredibly calm, confident, relaxed. I didn't even feel any of it. On top of Kenny's professionalism, the receptionist (I don't remember her name, short blonde hair and glasses) I had notified earlier came in to make sure I was okay, held my hand, talked to me the entire time and they both stayed in the room while I calmed down. As a 28 year old - reacting this way to blood draws feels a bit shameful whenever I had to notify a Doctors office in the past - they didn't make me feel that way at all. I just really appreciate the level of care they took. In my 28 years that was the easiest, quickest, blood draw I've ever had.Thank you both. This seems small to some but it's a big deal to me!

I like my doctor, Hope Barnum, fine. However, I have never before experienced the level of difficulty I find in (trying) communicating with this practice. Contacting the practice will typically result in a) a 15 minute hold, b) an attempt to leave a voicemail which, during the message recording, is continually cut off and interrupted by the automated system, or 3) the office is closed for lunch. The practice offers a patient portal with which I constantly have difficulty accessing. Even with the correct username, password, verification, and code input there is always an "unable to access account" message. I even called the patient portal "ambassador" for assistance and was placed on, yes, another lengthy hold. At that point I just gave up. I avoid trying to call or contact this practice for prescription refills because I already know in advance how extremely difficult it is to actually reach anyone. My dentist's office, a large thriving practice, does NOT have this problem. When I call, a person answers and gets the information I need. Other medical practices with which I communicate do NOT have this problem. This is an internal management issue. Today, I needed a refill on a prescription. After several voicemail attempts and getting cut off, I finally was able to leave a message and I have very little confidence of my call getting returned, or my prescription getting refilled. I don't often write reviews for bad service. I try to keep my review-writing for GOOD service, but this continual exercise in frustration compelled me to take the time to write this. Maybe this will help.

I am extremely happy and overly satisfied with this practice. My doctor( Dr Cary Vachon) is fabulous but clearly the office can not run the way it does without the front staff, phone staff, nurses, PA, lab staff, technicians and admin staff. It takes a village and this office does a great job in serving their patients. Highly recommended.

Where to begin: Unfriendly receptionist, disinterested doctors with limited diagnosis and wrong medication. Scheduling issues added to the frustration. Avoid this doctor's office at all costs. We’re only a number to them.

This use to be a great office but they have been getting worse not able to keep appointments straight, keeping you on hold for 45 minutes or longer, and when they do answer they are very short with you like they dont have time to help you, however the nurses and doctors are amazing!!!

I've been a patient at this practice for more than 10 years. Dr. Yadegari-Lewis, my Primary Care Physician, is the BEST! Very satisfied with the P.A's, nurses, and lab techs, as well.

Wonderful Dr office, the only thing missing is, (at the very least) you need to offer at least, ONE DAY WITH LATER HOURS, for people who can’t miss work. MOST DR OFFICE offer extended hours for the convenience of their patients. Please seriously consider. Thank you in advance.

I love this practice! My PCP is Dr Cary Vachon (he’s also 2of my sons PCP) and he’s always been wonderful, knowledgeable and takes an interest in his patients. My youngest son and mother see Dr Barnum and she is great! I had a bad experience with a pediatrician for me youngest son and was nervous when I switched him to Dr Barnum as I didn’t know her…but she has been amazing. She listens to concerns and is very knowledgeable.The whole practice has been great to my family.The receptionists and nursing staff are wonderful and polite, I often joke with them when I’m there or when I call for appointments .My only complaint would be the wait when I call. It’s usually around a 10 minute wait…but I’ll gladly wait that 10 minutes.The positives more than make up for the wait on the phone.I have many extended family members that also visit CCP Guilderland.

New to the practice. Dr Mundra is patient and listens. Her interest is with the patient. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. I would like to see a better check-in/check-out procedure.

This office has gone down in service, it’s so awful. Nobody answers the phone for over 10 minutes when you call, while they have several receptionists, doctors only see you if you’ve been sick over 5 days. Then when you express your concerns at annual checkups they don’t suggest anything to help you and just say yeah it’s all normal when you’re concerned for your health. I liked this office years ago but now it’s awful.

I love Dr. Yadegari-Lewis she listens to me and speaks very nicely to me and she's an excellent physician. The staff has always been very nice and helpful also the PA's are excellent

N Tetreault doesn’t see sick patients, doesn’t do full physicals, doesn’t take phone calls and is dismissive of my input and don’t think she’s ever looked at reports from specialists. Everything is a hassle.

Capital care where I see this name, the worst experience we had at Balston Spa office goes through my mind. This is the same group. Worst operations and nursing staff ever. Very rude. Will say oh I'm on lunch break even if your standing outside the reception for half an hour. It's just about training and coachingFine stay on break everyone needs to eat but be emphatic. The doctor at balston spa is a mechanic I guess. Having lunch breaks during scheduled appointments.
