From conception to the end result, Nick, Dean and the Caribbean Pools and Spas team were an absolute pleasure to work with. It's a well oiled machine, where everyone works together to get the job done. We were working with a smaller space, and Nick was able to come up with a concept that complimented the area. The stamped concrete was like a work of art. Nick and team went above and beyond to get the Pool ready for the holiday weekend!
Highly recommend the Caribbean team for any of your inground and above ground pool needs.

I can't tell you guys (Pat, Erika and others) enough how grateful I am that Caribbean pools pulled through for us with pursuing warranty coverage. Despite the extended delays from the manufacturer, Caribbean stood by us and saw this through. Bottom line, I am grateful for Caribbean and it's staff's service and commitment to seeing this through resolution.

We love our new pool. Price was excellent and quality exceeds all my expectations. They treat you like family, follow up to just check-in. I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to install. They are a well oiled machine and everyone knew what to do. It was fun to watch. In one week we were swimming. If you are thinking about a pool, call them first. 5 stars for every category!

Was time for a new liner, and it was late in the last pool season, Fall 2024 . Caribbean took care of us. They replied to our request for an estimate within hours and had someone at our house within a day. They were significantly less expensive than their local competitor. Liner looks great. Workers polite and friendly. Keri at the store was great. By the way, chlorine is less expensive there too. We look forward to 2025 with Caribbean.

Had a new filter installed on Tuesday. Nothing working properly which means they never tested it. Called and told me they would have someone out Wednesday. Already noon on Friday with no call no show, so guess I ain’t filtering over the weekend either.
I’ll change the review if and when they get around to actually testing their work.
They made it right, so updating review. They were fast for the install but were not clear in the instructions for waiting to turn on the system to ensure seals were dry. Office staff were great getting service out once they knew what was happening and service was quick and completely after that. Thanks and would recommend them over any pool company in the area.

We absolutely LOVE Caribbean! Not only are they super helpful in the store with water testing and getting you what you need, but the service they provided with our new liner was supreme! We have a not so cookie cutter pool, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the liner fit like a glove, with no wrinkles! If you need anything done for your pool come here!!

Caribbean put our in-ground in July 2019 .. it is definitely an investment and you want to go with a company that stands by their product/work. They are attentive to any question or concern we expressed. The project went exactly as planned (which isn’t always the case when relying on contractors). We recently reached out to them and extended our concrete surround; something that was on our “wish list” and finally became a “let’s do this” 5 years later. Seamless job and completed our backyard vision.

I cannot thank Devin, Keri, and Nick enough! This is the second time Caribbean Pools has saved my pool water! With a phosphate level that was literally out of this world, they guided me through step by step and one week later my pool water is clear and ready to be used! I will not use any other store again!

Caribbean did a great job installing our new in ground pool this past fall. Proposal was detailed and extra costs outside of proposal scope were highlighted and explained. Dean and team arrived as scheduled and completed the job, exceeding our expectations with a prompt timely install, and a beautiful color and design package for the pool. They were also careful to minimize yard damage as access to the back yard was restricted due to patio and landscaping. Upon completion, Nick was sure to run through the system operation as well on the final day. Dean also ensured remaining yard regrading and patio sealing was completed as agreed. The availability and communication with Dean and Erica was exceptional and this made the entire process seamless. Many thanks to Erica for her assistance and follow through as well.
Caribbean also opened our pool this past week. Pat and Riley removed the cover, provided adequate cleaning to get the system running, and provided initial guidance on next steps after running the system for the first 24 hours. Followed up with water testing today and we are now ready for the summer! Thank you Caribbean!

Save yourself the headache. I had left a review a few years ago because I live 30 seconds from here. They didn't test water on weekends - ridiculous. It seemed they changed that policy so I removed the review and had gone there a couple times - varying success. Last week I went here when they opened and we're told they don't test until 30 mins after opening...ok. Now today I go there and there's a sign in the window no testing until 12pm. Listen just don't be me and give them 1000 chances - save yourself a headache and go directly to islander. I'm standing in a testing line 10 people deep and everyone is buying something. Caribbean wake up I don't understand how you're even in business.
