Worst bank I’ve ever been with. 1 person and they take an hour lunch which is deserved but the center shouldn’t be closed. The ATM doesn’t work half of the time and on top of it the parking lot is terrible.

Apps always down at some point of the day. I have $25 in my checking account, McDonald’s payment for $12 doesn’t go through, I go to the atm it says I have -$28? Something’s not adding up here?

Atm never works, unable to make cash deposits. Have alot of auto payments coming out of my account and I am never able to deposit cash to cover expenses because I work during banking hours and the only time I am available to go is when their closed, had to drive 30 min away to make a deposit so my account doesnt get hit with charges. Employees at this location is extremely rude as well which makes you not want to go in even when they are opened. Definitely looking for another bank who actually knows what customer service means!

ATM never works, please make sure ATM is working , Every time I drive to make a huge deposit it’s telling me call your institution. I love to give my business to this Rotterdam location but because of the ATM issues I face I rather join another bank. I have been loyal customer to this location. Thank you

Five stars called this bank for my routing number and a couple other inquiries after reading the previous review slandering tameka I was hesitant when the lady who took the phone greeted me as tamika but clearly the review of her was not true she helped me and went above and beyond she was very polite, really makes me mad that people slander names on the internet five stars tameka thank you so much
