Half your vacuums don’t work and eat my coins. I finally found one that worked and then the handle fell off halfway through. $1 for 3 minutes is not long enough. Should be 5 minutes at least.

They telling you good good to sign up and give you offers and when done they can’t keep up with what the told you!!!
When I ready to take my vehicles in to wash they telling me a different story!!
The employees need to focus on there job and know what they telling customers…

I thought my car was scratched by the car wash, however it was as cement, from road construction! The manager Julie and the owner worked for over an hour to remove the debris! They were determined to clean my car! Please go to Colonial car and ash for incredible service! Thank you both for making my car fabulous again!!!!

I’ve had a membership for 2 yrs now . Nothing wrong with having young kids running the place but they honestly they do not take enough time to pre wash or dry your car off . People come to this place to have a good towel dry and pre wash so they don’t have to come back through another time .
Do it right the first time please. Customers want to be happy and save time and ensure there car is clean . It would also incentivize people giving them tips for a well job done.
