Washed my cars here for many years never had an issue but went in today to get my car washed , swiped the card I bought 3 washes on which I already used up 1 wash leaving 2 washes , swiped it on there machine it says on the machine I have 2 washes left , but machine got frozed-up call for a rep., guy came out didn’t really wanted to talk, he opened the gate let me through now am in the wash-bay, when he took my card did something to it and tell me now I have to pay for a wash that there is no washes on my card , So I paid him $15.00 buck for a wash and told him to keep the card , rip off , I will not be a returning customer

Colonial Car Wash is the best car wash in Schenectady. I went to the one by McDonald's, and it's horrible. No one to dry your car when you exit. I had water spots all over my car when I got home.
