I called ahead with questions and talked to Justin. Later in the day I stopped in to buy a new SE phone. Justin was great and made the transaction easy to understand and seamless. He spent time setting up my new phone and helped me to transfer everything over from the old to the new. He applied my new screen protector and made sure I had accessories that I needed. If I had tried to do the new phone setup myself, I'm sure it would have taken so much more time and would have caused me so much frustration. While I was there, two other customers came in because it is a busy location. Justin was manning the store by himself, but was able to help others between set-up steps. He is very proficient at his job and I hope Cricket Wireless recognizes the excellent team members who make them look so good!

Not good staff and she was like jealous at me for getting my stuff done and rude to me . She also on-purposely ordered the wrong color and phone and I couldn’t wait another two weeks .EVERY TIME I go there she is always there like please switch your employees around, I can never get nothing done .
