PREMA, and DONNA (the Nurse) were typical of the professionalism and courtesy among all the outstanding employees there, at the Schenectady Donor Center who made me feel welcome and streamlined the donor process, mak8ng it easy and painless. And, besides they are really nice people!!.

My first time going there it took forever doing everything so they could put me in their system but it was worth it because I was able to donate plasma their staff was very nice and friendly .

I think what CSL PLASMA does is a wonderful thing but also there are times where the is like a long line and only one person to check you in and that does cause stress so if there is away to fix the line issue then everything else is wonderful
