One of my biggest complaints is I have been approached by two large men in the parking lot asking for money. I've had to jump back in my car because they were blocking the door and there is no security in cvs. It is so filthy outside. Customer service is just ok. They seem to be rushing me thru and some meds. need to be counseled. There are specific people that do seem very nice such as Julie, Sarah and Jodie. I go to the Eastern Parkway location so I can't rate the other locations.
