I am 34 years old, and I have had open heart surgery, and I have other physical disabilities, causing me to be slow. I always felt comfortable shopping at CVS, because my sister is an employee, and has put in almost 10 years of service.I just got out of the hospital after being there for almost 2 months, and I was browsing, placing items in my cart that I wanted to buy. Just when I was about to cash out, 2 police officers approached me, telling me that the manager called them because he was "uncomfortable with how slow I was being." The officers were very rude. I felt so embarrassed and disrespected, I just left the store.My sister brought me back in the store to get the name of the white male manager who called the police on me, but we were met with coldness from another female manager. Instead of apologizing, this female manager affirmed her coworkers actions, and she blamed the demographics of a "high crime area." CVS CHOSE to have their store in this location. Sorry, but it is not ok to treat YOUR customers poorly according to your own prejudicial bias. If you feel uncomfortable with your customers, you have no business working in customer service, PERIOD.Be careful, customers! Apparently it's a crime to shop at CVS on Eastern Ave. CVS: If you are going to allow employees to call the police on paying customers, then stop displaying your merchandise in an "eye-catching" fashion. Then, people won't "make your managers uncomfortable for taking too long" browsing/shopping.

I typically have a positive encounter at the pharmacy here but tonight I showed up at 5 to pick up prescriptions, the sign outside the door said they closed at 6. They were already closed as THEIR sign said they closed at 5. The pharmacist was absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL with me, saying she is off the clock and tired of working off the clock. She essentially called me a liar when I said the sign said 6 as she said she posted them herself. I showed her the sign when we left and she again said, she posted new signs but the new manager must of taken them down. Again, she said "sorry Im tired of working off the clock". Now this is the pharmacy manager talking to me in such a way. Extremely uncalled for and I think I will move my prescriptions across the street to Walgreeens.

The staff in this pharmacy are the worst they don’t fill your prescriptions in time, they don’t send reminders, they also are very strict on not allowing you to pick up your medicine the night before. This place is the worst I was FORCED to come to this one instead of Walgreens I hate CVS due to this specific pharmacy.

I dont normally post reviews..however, my first experience with this cvs was not stellar..After being release from an overnight hospital stay, I had my meds sent to this location since my normal pharmacy no longer accepts my insurance. Only 1 med was in the package but the person who picked it up didn't catch it. I figured maybe it wasn't ready, so I called a few hours later only to be told that my most needed med wasn't covered. I then asked why wasn't that made known when the other med was picked up or even mentioned..No response..That kind of information is important and I would have paid for it myself as it was the medicine I really needed.First impression not so great

Edit on May 25, 2022 and May 29The employees have always been a good experience for me.What really irks me is the garbage strewn all over the parking lot, in the flower beds etc.It’s all time.Does cvs have someone to pick up garbage?Market 32 has a “street cleaner” vehicle, I think every morning, to clean the parking lot.It just saddens me to see.This is an update. 5/2022The parking lot is atrocious again.Getting into contact with management is not as easy as I’d like but I’m not giving up. Giving only one star for employees who are great. The minus other stars are messy/dirty shelves and parking lot. I still pick up a bit. Now I feel I should be paid and if no change I’m switching pharmacies.Another update. It’s May 29 and it looks glorious now! Just wanted to say good job!

Unreliable. Closed 5 hours early the night before easter, and then the next day they throw in an associate from another store without telling her where they put the UPS shipments. So that's two trips wasted to try and get my delivery.

I had to use bathroom really bad I asked pharmacy rudely the girl the lady sed ask front so I went to front and the guy sed ask someone in pharm cause he by his self so after I went back another lady sed bathroom not open to public I knew she was lieing smh saddddd Neva again they should treat people like that
