The most unacceptable behavior from its employees ever. It is the day before Christmas and you can get simple customer service, they can’t transfer phone calls, they don’t know anything, nothing on the shelves. Hang up on you. Yell at you in the store. Never again. If you want service go to 1204 Eastern Ave. Now I know why o don’t see any customers. Chrisler location needs to close

The CVS staff is pretty nice. However, the pharmacy staff don’t seem to know what they are doing half of the time. Sometimes they aren’t too bad but for the last couple months, horrible.
They are rude, hang up on people, can’t handle normal situations. I have never wrote a review before, but I felt I needed to for this location/pharmacy. Most of the time I have to play phone tag between my doctor and the pharmacy because the pharmacy tells me the wrong thing. It’s scary to be without medication that I need to live.
It’s not always their fault, but I have found that around 80% it is.

I am going to cvs ever since an this is the worse cvs ever there is a guy who work there is so rude I was trying to buy Colgate an he just come up to me an start telling I I made a mess with the Colgate area an I need to get out the store so am telling myself this guy is crazy cause am telling I don’t know what he is saying I just don’t get it why he is angry because he has to work an pack stuff an cvs he should just stay home if he don’t like his job

I went in only to require information about a script I received today. It was burning upon applying it. Was told to go from window to window and nobody helped me wasted 15minutes with a burning reaction on my neck I don’t recommend going to ask about medicine!

Pharmacy is extremely rude. They don't know what's going on or how to answer your questions. The answer I got when asking a question about why my pills were sent back to stock was "I don't know I'm new here and we're going on lunch at 1:30". Really?? I ask again and she said i had 12 days to pick them up, well it has only been 7 i checked my voice
mail to confirm. Im just getting over being sick so i couldn't make it untill today.
They always seem bothered when they have to deal with customers. Sorry that's part of your job. I'm pulling my account and going eles where there are plenty of places that do the same thing but with better customer service.

I actually felt safe. I had stopped going. Changed pharmacy. It was always a drama with the customers.. stealing , yelling etc. So, I stopped going. It's been about a year.

It's pretty annoying that this store says it's open until 10pm and almost every time I go to this location they are closed well before 10pm. If you don't have the staff enough times to close the store at 10pm then just change you hours so customers aren't driving to your store just for it to be closed before the time it's supposed to be!!

I love shopping at my local CVS it’s convenient, clean, and it’s in my community. The staff is always willing to help and I can usually find what I need. Keep up the great work!

Well the pharmacy is very rude. Everyone was very rude to my sister in law when she was just trying to pick up prescription. I don’t see why that should be an issue or why the employees at the pharmacy would be rude. I don’t see myself coming back here again.

I would rate this pharmacy zero star, the absolutely worst customer service. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They will have customers standing waiting and completely ignore them. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The doctor will send them a script for syringes then they will give the med without the syringes then you have to join another line and wait another hour before one of them acknowledge you again or help you.
