I go to CVS Pharmacy on Common Road and I'm glad I do. You walk in people recognize you. Any questions or answer promptly and their answer with the right answer. Place is extremely clean I use the pharmacy very professional. As long as I can find a CVS Pharmacy that's where I will be.

In the recent past, I had very bad service with personal service from the clerks and one pharmacist. This included three local CVS pharmacies, so the problem is systemic. Lately, there is a new crew, and they seem to be better. I shall withhold my judgment for a few more visits, and or phone calls. I would not go to CVS unless my insurance directed me to which it does. I found Walgreen to be superior in all these areas when I used my non-part D Good prescription application.

Prices are insane, wanted 40 dollars for a Lego set what even at the Lego store is only 20 dollars. This is madness, prices at this store have skyrocketed over the past 6 years I've been living in Guilderland. Medicine is almost impossible to recieve for which when we make a order, half of the time it doesn't go through an for goodness sake, STOP SENDING ME MAIL WHAT SAYS MY NAME IS KIERNAN IT'S NOT MY NAME

Absolutely despicable humans who do the bare minimum. Will not keep life saving medication in stock even though the patient has been and continues to be on the medication for years. Patient, who has seizures due to stress and this medication is constantly not filled on time, despite the patient calling two days in advance to ensure it is in stock since the pharmacist REFUSES to keep it in the store unless the patient calls two days ahead. Patient does so and they STILL don't have it! The staff laughs when the patients mother becomes upset because her sons LIFE is reliant on this medication. This is beyond depraved. Corporate and NYS pharmacy Board will be notified of this situation we have given multiple times to correct by this CVS and staff.They should hope karma doesn't find them in a similar situation where such morally bankrupt individuals are toying with such a precarious thing as someone's life as their own or someone they love.If this is happening to one person, it's happening to others and we are going to do everything we can to make sure this is rectified and these type of people and policies are removed from such an important position as supplying medications to those in need.

I have always had a great experience at the CVS on Carman road in Guilderland. Despite all the negative reviews about Covid vaccine appointments at CVS in general. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The entire experience was very smooth. Thank you
