I've been going there now for about four months. For the most part anyone that does my nails is younger and they have done a great job. My last time was a week ago nails done by older woman, and she was so distracted with what was going on to worry about doing a half ass job on my nails. In one week one of my nails fill gas chipped off and on two nails my nail polish is chipping. After painting my nails she ran off into ealmart and I sat there looking for someone to fix me.
I am returning there to have these fixed however I'll not allow that older woman to touch my hands.

Did a pedicure on my foot the lady was very aggressive in cutting and cleaning my toe nail and I had terrible pain for over 3 weeks now the big toe infected you all need to clean your tools and take your time in doing people toe nail

Did a pedicure on my toe and it got infected the lady was too aggressive in doing my toe nails and cleaning the flesh and corners it hurts for almost 3 weeks straight none stop pain u need to sanitize your nail tools and be more careful of how you all doing people toe nails and cleaning the dead flesh on the toe you all need to take your time with customers

Very rude customer service. I went in today to just wax my eyebrows. I had to sit and wait over 15 minutes. Which was fine, I didn’t mind. The lady waxed my eyebrows and I went to the register to pay. I pulled out my credit card and handed it to her. She asked me why I didn’t have cash. Told me to make sure next time to bring cash. I’ve been waxing my eyebrows here for years now and have always paid with a card. Then she asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. I signed it then she took it and never gave it to me. I said thank you and she walked away with an attitude and ignored me. Very rude for no reason. Will not be returning. Don’t know since when paying with cash is a problem. Guess she wanted me to pay with cash because she wanted a tip, which there was no way she was even getting one after that experience.

Jennifer is the manager at Dava Nails on Walmart in East Greenbush. She is always courteous, smiles and does a wonderful job every time I get my nails done. The prices are reasonable. I have also gotten a pedicure. I did enjoy the massage chair and the extra time to relax. I got to choose out of several different spa pedicures which one I wanted. I also was able to pick a color for my toes to be painted. I go to Dava Nails every 2-3 weeks and they would prefer that you call ahead to get an appointment but they have fit me too. I recommend everyone go to East Greenbush Walmart and see Jennifer At Dava Nails!!

Booked an appointment with MARK ahead of time got there ON TIME and he was doing someone else nails, I asked him when would he be finished because I had an appointment with him specifically and he said told me to go to someone. That was the second time I scheduled an appointment and it did not matter. They offered me nothing else other than to go to someone else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you're looking for the ideal nail salon luxury experience it's not here. BUT if you're looking for fast and cheap service for a pretty good look. This is that! I would honestly say there are more nail techs that are good vs. not the best which. The salon isn't really attentive to walk in customers.. even though they ONLY take walk ins, which is something they should definitely work on.
