I recently visited this store, and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. There are a few things I think they could work on to make it better for customers.
First off, the store was really cluttered. There were boxes all over the aisles, which made it hard to get around. It looked like they started restocking in a bunch of places but didn’t finish any of it. A little more organization would go a long way.
The checkout process was also frustrating. While the cashier was ringing me up, he started talking to someone else who wasn’t even in line she just had a question about where something was. He didn’t wait until my transaction was finished—he just stopped paying attention to me and focused on her instead and started chatting. When I asked for specific bills for my cash back ($10 in 5s and 1s), he ignored my request and handed me a $10 bill instead, then went right back to chatting with the other person. It felt like I didn’t matter as a customer.
To top it off, he didn’t even say “have a nice day” or anything when we were done. I get that retail can be tough, but small gestures like that make a big difference.
Overall, I think the store could use some improvements—both in keeping the place organized and in making sure customers feel valued at checkout. Hopefully, they can work on these things because the experience left me pretty disappointed.

Friday afternoon around 2pm one employee wouldn't do cashier despite long lines. These employees should know how to prioritize work. You go where you are needed at the moment. We ended up just leaving the items as we can't wait that long.

Love that it's close to me, but this store is a MESS all the time. One register open, line down the aisle. Boxes, junk on all registers. Then I go to niskayuna one...gorgeous. super organized and clean. Why such a difference in just a few miles?

Overall, it is a nice store, although a bit messy on this visit. I visited during a rain storm when a lot of staff were working in the store. The repore of the staff was noticeably excellent. Everyone there seemed happy to work there. I asked someone for help finding something, and they were friendly and helpful.

The store was not organized well, and it always seems unclean to me. I normally drive further away to shop at another Dollar Tree because this is not one of the better stores.
