The owner enjoys bragging about starting the business in his attic and dumping all of the extremely toxic chemicals in the yard. You would be sickens to know how this business is actually run. The owner loves to keep guns, fireworks and amphetamines around and he refuses to provide a safe or clean work environment for his employees. No safety precautions set in place for when employees use extremely dangerous machines and chemicals. Have you ever heard of a print shop that doesn't have a bin for noxious used rags? The owner enjoys the "throw it in a pile" mode of organization, this includes every film for every business they work with. It's just a total sloppy mess. Take one look around the warehouse and you'll see what a mess this business is and how poorly it treats it's employees.

Amazing service! These guys really came through on a tight timeline. After another company cancelled my order last minute, Downtown Custom Printwear was able to create and ship my order in time for my event.

Ben is the best local and national custom silkscreen / embroidery shop our little business has ever dealt with. Always accommodating whether it be for a small order or large. I got some signs printed here for my wedding and they turned out beautiful! The owner helped me pick out a metallic foil to use on the signs (to match my wedding invitations) and was very easy to work with! Amazing quality & fast production too.

Sixteen of us were going on a golf trip. We wanted to have our golf shirts embroidered with the year and location of our trip. The team captains went ahead and ordered the shirts themselves. Ben and his staff expertly embroidered the shirts for us. Job well done!

I ordered some custom embroidered hats for a bachelor party. They worked with me on the design, got me the cheapest/nicest materials possible and produced the product really quickly. Definitely beats other services like custom ink, which dont have nearly the same level of customer service as this place

Ben made all the shirts for my frat parties while I went to Union. Other local print shops could not match his prices, and the quality of work was even better than we had hoped for. Also, Cassius is the boss of all dogs!

I am a Representative of a Volleyball team and when I contacted Downtown Printwear about possibly getting jerseys for the team they were up to the task. They suggested, to me, many different options for volleyball jerseys and all of them were very nice and at an affordable price. They are the Printwear company that you want to work with, quick, easy, and great quality work with.
