    Stay far away from this apartment building. Everything is always breaking. It’s not a secured building. The maintenance guys can’t seem to fix anything. The washers in the building have been broken over a month. People scream all night long in this building. They will charge you 275 for being one day late on rent.

    Great first apartment. Is in a great neighborhood. Maintenance was nice. Heat worked really well. Nice wood floors and victorian finishes. Kitchen was tiny. Free storage in the basement. Parking was sometimes a hassle.
