“My iPad stopped working and I couldn't get it to turn on despite multiple tries with different steps. I looked online at the Apple Store at Crossgates thinking I'd try taking it to the Genius Bar. Instead, Complete CATV popped up as an authorized Apple repair facility with solid reviews and much closer to home. I scheduled an appointment online and met with Brandy who said they would take a look at it and let me know the status same day. Brandy texted me to say my iPad was ready. Turns out the cable I was using was the problem and it came back to life. Brandy said no charge. Who does that today?! Super awesome customer service. Thanks again!!”
