I made a rental reservation weeks in advance through my credit card, and then followed up by phone to confirm the reservation and request an AWD vehicle. Despite this, I was not informed until 30 minutes before my pick up that the time my reservation was down for was when they closed. I ended up paying more than double to get a Lyft to my destination. Terrible service, and I will probably look at other rental companies before Enterprise off the strength of this awful experience.

Over charge me for a small car for a whole month and is so crazy when I try to talk to them that I'd all my rental cars with them ,that small car is over charge me ,is bad feelings

I rented a car for pick up at 11:30 am. I arrived at 12:00 pm to pick up the car, and the office was closed.
In my experience, car rental pick up times are never exact. Many things can happen when travelling.
There was no mention of shop hours ahead of time to let me know that my pickup time was near closing. No basic courtesy of a phone call or email as they were closing and I hadn't arrived. And, they refused to refund (partial or full) the rental costs after explaining what happened.
Fortunately I was able to make a last minute rental from Albany airport, and (barely) catch my flight out of Boston.
No thanks to this Enterprise.

I’m block from renting because an employee lied saying i threatened them, however on this day in question the police was called. What I would like to know is if you was threatened why not report it to law enforcement. There was never any threat made, because lying to police is a crime they knew not to lie to the police department. But instead lie and abuse their power at enterprise. At this point I’m going to hire a private investigator and my lawyer is involved. This is assassination of character and the only way to get justice is by taking action.

Employees were great at both locations. The car reeked like weed, windows all dirty, brake rotors were warped bad so it shook every time you braked. All wheels curbed up like a highschoolers car, cosmetic damage all over the exterior. If you charge a premium price, you cant rent a beat up car. I can get nicer vehicles on turo.

Should probably have some one who has a little customer service answer the phone rather than Nate. He was rude and not helpful at all! Changed my reservation to another location so I would not have to deal with his attitude in person!

Car broke down had to wait four hours for a tow truck and an Uber although different enterprise location was only 3 miles away. Terrible coordination of services.

The main reason for my negative review has mainly to do with Enterprise Toll pass that they have one the vehicles.
I used my own Ezpass the entire time I rented from Enterprise, but I'm being charged for using their's. I've spoken & emailed about this & was told regardless, of using my own Ezpass, I still have to pay the charges, everyone who rents their vehicles is charged. That was never brought to my attention, I was informed to use my own Ezpass. Why would I pay $25 or more to use their's & still pay the tolls through my own account. The only resolution they offer is reducing the charge a couple dollars. Seriously, I shouldn't be charged at all, I used my own account not their's.

** Update ** Owner said he'd contact me, still waiting for that to happen. Yet they charged my credit card twice for this fee without me agreeing to this. How is this acceptable?????

On April 7th I was in a multi-vehicle accident after being struck from behind and thrust into the car in front of me. The insurance company directed me to Enterprise who provided me with a brand new 2024 Kia Forte while my Jeep was in the shop undergoing repairs. The rental was without any hassle. The staff was very kind and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, both in person and over the phone. Thank you Enterprise for making everything go so smoothly.

On March 2nd, 2019, I got into my first car accident. After a week of talking to the adjuster and going to Lia Toyota Collision center, I got into a rental car and loved. It was a 2018 Toyota Corolla LE and John took great care of me and so did everyone else. The young man who drove me from the Collison center back to the rental car pickup was a great person and humorous. I want to thank the manager John here again for always being a great person to me, he is a true family man. I will continue to work and do business with these guys. Thank you so much for your help again.

I needed to rent a car while my car was being repaired. As always, Enterprise came through with excellent and friendly service. Accommodating me with reasonable (very good) prices and even taking me back to pick up my own car. This was a very positive experience!

I was very pleased with my rental car experience. Employees very polite and efficient. My rental was waiting for me at the Collision garage, and, I was shown the features of the rented vehicle before I drove off. Also, I was able to leave my rental at the Collision garage. Very efficient.
