Order a box blade thet deliverd a floor machine. That belongs ro someone else. Delivery was on Tuesday. Now they tell me may I can get mine next Monday but of course.they manged to pick up ther miss ship ship .

Don’t bother shipping anything with them. Much like their counterparts express and ground, UPS is cheaper and more efficient.

This is one of the worst freight terminals fedex has. The employees are extremely rude, worthless, or just completely incompetent. Working with them is one of the worst experiences you'll ever have.

Worse shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had many freight items shipped. This place is unresponsive, say they will call you back and never do. Waiting weeks for thousands of dollars of merchandise

Worst shipper out there. Mngr never called . Been waiting 2 weeks.1st they had my pallets of tooling , then they lost them for a week. Very rude and unhelpful

The worst shipping experience. My package was supposed to be held for pickup and is with a third party shipper that can’t be contacted. I think their staff is literally mentally handicapped. Unreal, I asked to speak to a manager and the guy ”Tom” told me enjoy a long wait. After he couldn’t even look my tracking number up. They clearly have low standards for employees. What a waste of time. Thanks for nothing fedex!

Nice guys work here. They open on Mondays around 7am, other days it’s 24hrs. They allow you to stay overnight and if it’s snow like this, better stay with them, Pilot near them won’t plow snow, but here no problem. 5 stars for this facility.

I've been waiting to receive a shipment that has been sitting at the Schenectady location since Wednesday, it is now Saturday and the shipment has not left the site. No one has called me to set up a delivery time and no one answers the phone. Very poor customer service!!

The drivers here are top notch but the management is garbage. If there was ever a company that needed a union it’s FedEx freight.

We discovered that FedEx left a costly shipment at the back door of our business during non operating hours. This delivery required a signature. No paperwork was left. Also, this is a delivery we get fairly frequently and on pallets. He took all of it off pallets and left it in slush and snow. Not impressed.
