I worked with Cadell and to say my experience was pleasant and easy is an understatement. Not only were we able to get the exact vehicle I was looking for in the budget range I can afford, I had keys in hand the very next day. The dealership is very inviting and the staff were animated and happy. You can tell that the folks here actually LIKE being here, which you definitely can't say for a lot of other local dealerships. No one really likes car shopping when they have to, but this experience made that process so incredibly easy that there's no question that when my lease is up I'm coming back. I highly recommend stopping in, checking it out, and chatting with the staff here if you were looking for a new VW or any of the used cars they have on the lot.

I was impressed by the ease of how Danny Off walked me through the process of leasing my 2024 Taos, so knowledgeable and helpful. Nikki and Ray in the Financial area were so informative and also very professional. I would definitely recommend them and VW of Schenectady to anyone interested in purchasing a new VW. My boyfriend and I came in November to buy our car, our credit wasn't so great so we only got approved for 1 vehicle which the car was very nice. We haven't even had it for a year and the breaks are going, gas light constantly on, air-conditioning smells funny, and the car died yesterday!!!! Bill told us false information about how much the car would cost monthly. He said 550 a month, which it is 650 and now we are paying 1k for car payment and insurance together. All they care about is a making a sale they don't care about us as a person at all.
