Really bad customer service at the Rotterdam location. Also they never pick the phone up. I was in the store by myself and I decided to call the store. The representative just stood on his phone and completely ignored the phone. This location need a completely entire employee team.

Websites and on the door of the store says they open at 12. Currently 12:40 and still not open. Have a pre-order to pick up before work but guess that won’t happen since they can’t open up on time.

Crusty skin flake covered consoles resold without factory resetting them. Spent a 20 mins cleaning off a control with Q-tips. Bought a standard PS4 , was given the wrong an PS4 pro still linked to the previous owners account. Brought it back and got the correct console, nasty as ever covered in someone’s else dead skin AGAIN! Factory reset was a fail again, disk drive did not work. Management needs to do better. The staff member was as helpful he could be. Only management can do online returns, it’s a Saturday night, what day could possibly be more busy? There is no reason for a manager to not be available or allow staff to do such returns in their absence with a company of this size. Three trips in one day to this store, I will definitely not be purchasing or recommending this store in the future.

Incompetent employee's. Asking for a paper receipt from an online order (that were fake games by the way) and refusing to do a return because of that. Absolute waste of time and space

The GA was unprofessional an not helpful at all as an individual that has worked for GameStop in the past isn’t sad to see the customer service deplete so tremendous. Their prior or even current supervisor was disrespectful and rude so it shows in the employees

I purchased an Xbox 1 Terabyte system that they price matched and suggested to use my points. I got this for a crazy low price and couldn’t refuse not to buy it. Will always go here to purchase all of my gaming needs.

I’ve worked at multiple GameStop’s in the past, these guys must not know policy at alll. I’ve placed online orders for consoles many times and have just walked in and give them the last 4 of my order number. Then I’m out. Butttt no not today, not this location. Which I drove all the way to over a hour, just for the guy to say “you need ID” which is not true at all. You mainly need ID for warranties. Terrible location would never order anything here again and would suggest someone else use a different location.
