I am so grateful to Anne and all the women who work here...when I first met Anne, I was a physical wreck...I am happy to say that is not my story anymore. Her knowledge and guidance were instrumental in my regaining my health...I always felt listened to, but more importantly, I felt heard...she taught me how to listen to my body and learn how to be an active partner in my healing ...this healing would not have taken place without the herbs and supplements I needed to take, and I am so thankful that Anne was able to recognize exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and it is a one stop shop for health...the store always offers items I haven't seen anywhere else, and lots of favorites.

Ive been stopping in time and time again through the years. For the most part it was an ok service. But the last two times, the owner of the place was a horrible person to me. She laughed in my face telling me i was "too poor" to afford her vitamins. Maybe she was having a bad day i told myself .So months later i stopped in again. I asked the receptionist how much the large bottle cost compared to the small (34 vs 84). Again she said to my face i couldn't afford the $84 .Ive never been more insulted by someone who calls themselves healers in my life.

Their main emphasis seems to be on selling you vitamin and herbal supplemental rather than obtaining needed nutrition thru your diet. See the Feb-March 2018 of the Healing Springs Journal addressing this subject about nutritionist. Also, they downplay the importance of seeking sound medical advice for serious conditions and emphasize their medical intuitiveness ability. This amounts to inaccurate diagnosis and the emphasis on selling more supplements.

This is by far the best place to learn how to get healthy in the Capital District. These are good people who care about you and care about helping you feel better.
