I have tried giving them several chances, but the most recent time will be the last. We walked up a couple of minutes after opening time. The door was still locked. One of the girls working saw us standing there (the temperature outside was single digits) and still took her sweet time going to unlock the door. Then, like most of our visits here, one of my kids got a haircut nowhere close to what we asked for. This is not a wiggly, uncooperative child that would make a haircut difficult either. There was also a noticeable clump of stray hair that we had to trim ourselves when we got home (not the first time this has happened either). It’s a convenient location which is why we have given it multiple chances, but I’d recommend not wasting your time.

WAY TOO SHORT! I came in with waist length hair, wanted it cut to elbow length hair, and was shocked to be turned around and see shoulder length hair! We discussed the length to be cut and she took off almost double what I wanted! I asked for 8-9" off and she cut around 14"... and it's not even cut straight.It's also the first time I've had the length of my hair cut with men's electric clippers. I can't even twist it back & up in my hair clip anymore. It's going to take a year just to grow it back out to the length I wanted it cut to in the first place! If I had known she was going to cut that much off I would have at least donated it!

Heather did amazing with my son. He is 14 and she really knew how to talk to him and listen to what he wanted. We walked out and he said she was amazing ( teenagers don't give out those kind of compliments unless they really mean it!)

After a haircut today, the layers are a half inch longer on one side of my head instead of symmetrical and the layers have chunks that were missed altogether, all over the place. Asked for it NOT up over my ear, but about halfway down. Fixing it myself instead of risking a worse outcome.

I am so embarrassed for my son. He's 10, sits still. They butchered his hair! He has a giant bald spot on the front of his head. I don't think there's any fixing. It looks like his 5 year old sister cut his hair!Service: Kids' cuts

Wouldn’t recommend. I asked for 1 inch off all my layers and for curtain bangs. Now I look like David from Lilo and Stitch (look it up).Hairstylist sprayed only the left half of my head with water and then proceeded to drag her comb through my roots and then say my hair “has a lot of breakage”. Wasn’t even in the chair for 5 minutes before she was unbuttoning my cape. She was uninterested and careless.Got home, looked in the mirror, and immediately decided to drive back. When I showed her again how choppy and uneven it was, she blamed it on my “damaged hair”, but said she could try blending it more (it was 0% blended). She argued with me when I said curtain bangs should not be a straight across cut 3 inches deep into my hair, sitting like a bowl cut over my other hair.I left looking only bearable after having her “blend” it 3x more. I know hair isn’t permanent, but it will be serval months before I can wear my hair down again.Service: Haircut
