Absolutely atrocious customer service. You can't leave a message (per the operators) & the service department isn't available half the time anyways. It's like a game to get ahold of someone. Then when you finally reach the service department they couldn't care less about your needs. You buy a proprietary item then get pushed off when you need their help. I'd never recommend gutter helmets to anyone. Save your money & patience

Sales person is very trained on what to say and this company is not individualized to the customer, clearly makes commission on each system who installs with them. Their prices are very steep.

perhaps the most unethical company in all of Orange County NY. “Huff N Puff” also known as Renewal By Anderson. I mean what kind of name is Huff N Puff anyways? Was the Company founded when he was a 16 year old stoner? Long story short this company prays on older and disabled consumers who are not educated consumers in the window / door market for window or door replacements. And they typically charge five times the going rate. Their managers are beyond scum imagine a used car manager then multiply their scumminess by 5. That’s what you get dealing with this horrible company. Dan Dacrease is one of these scum bags. Stay away from this company they are fraudulent rip off artists that will happily take all your hard earned money with little to nothing in return.

We had gutter helmet installed in June 2017 and 5 years later our roof significantly rotted in various areas. Their product failed to perform as it was intended because of negligent installation; they never lowered the gutters in the back of the house resulting in the water to pool and flow backwards under the shingles. We just had our whole roof replaced including the rotted plywood. I asked them to lower the gutters now to avoid this same scenario but they declined. I counted on them as professionals to do the job right and they didn’t. If you want to avoid your roof rotting avoid these guys.

I am writing this review for "Huff 'n Puff" which appears to be one of the businesses associated with Anderson windows and gutter guards herein (?) I needed to replace the full glass storm insert on my Anderson front door. I recently purchased the home and the previous owner did not leave this item behind, only the screen door insert. Luckily (or NOT!) they left files from old service providers and the original invoices for the door were included. Without making this long winded - Huff 'n Puff is frankly the worst home service company I have ever dealt with. From every repeat phone call, to the lack of transparency, the outrageous pricing and the lack of communication from the very first day. It took 3 months of constant calls to make sure they were on top of my order. (THREE MONTHS to get a storm door and it's the middle of winter!) The final straw was learning that THEY had to install the piece or the original warranty would be void just blindsided me (that was an additional cost I could not bypass - even though the doors are made so we as homeowners can switch the glass to screen according to the seasons!) Buyer beware - save yourself the headache and hassle and stay away from Huff ' Puff for any of your homeowner replacement/installation needs.

They installed their gutters and the Gutter Helmet on our new home. The price was not too high. The three reps that came to my house were on time, professional and completed the job on the same day. I would recommend Gutter helmet to anyone I know who needs new gutters.

Gutters are a necessary addition to any home. Living in the Northeast adds some challenging conditions. I am no longer able to snow rake my roof and Gutter Helmet is hopefully my solution to my problem. Starting with Leanna, our sales representative, Larry, the installation supervisor, Dillan, the on site supervisor and Dylan a key carpenter, each employee impressed my wife and I with their outstanding performance. The installation day was amazing……3 trucks and 5 highly trained carpenters prepped the site and then installed the gutters and helmets in less than 5 hours. Obviously the real test comes over the winter months but i am optimistic that I can put away my roof rake.

We purchased Gutter Helmet for our roof. The team of 3 arrived on time and got right to work. Very professional installers. Worked with me to go over everything they were going to do and did do. If there were any questions they consulted me. Finished up on time and cleaned the site perfectly. Have not had a heavy rain yet so cannot assess how well the product is working. Would definitely use this company again.

I contracted with Gutter Helmet to install gutters on my 100+ yr old home. Unlike Thier competitor that wanted to rip out the facia, Gutter Helmet had a solution to get around the molding. They did a fantastic job a nd we're very professional. The installers we're very efficient and had knowledge to deal with the problems associated with an older home. Cleanup was very thorough and even removed remnants of a old gutter laying on the ground. All in all, I paid a good price, received quality product. I would highly recommend Gutter Helmet to anyone thinking about gutters.

Wanted gutters and no I did not get gutters from them. My experience was I wanted to get a few estimates and when helmet came they were very evasive didn't care I had other appointments (where everyone eles understood the process) , the prices where the highest out of 4 other companies. I asked for 3 days till I made my decision, they called me 1 day later.
