They keep the workouts fun and interesting with different benchmarks, specialty workouts and the annual transformation challenge that makes you want to do better each class! Such a good combo of strength training and cardio. I've never been able to stick to any gym or program until I found my place here. OTF has made me the best, healthiest version of myself!”

“Great gym! Excellent place to work out. If you’re a student or alumnus, I highly recommend. Half of the first floor has cardio machines, as well as muscle group training machines. On the bottom floor you’ll find the weight training area.”

“This is my home Y. It is small and lacks amenities and needs more evening classes. But the staff are wonderful and the facilities are clean and well kept. I love this Y.”
“Not sure how long this location has been open but the equipment and facility appear to be very new. The women's locker and shower areas were very clean and modern. This Crunch doesn't seem to offer classes, just equipment. Also, you'll need to bring your own lock for the locker. Nice place. I was impressed.”
“A LOT OF THE BAD COMMENTS ARE FALSE cause their 2 sides to every story,this gym has a lot for a reasonable monthly rate and the people care they have a restaurant and arcade games and a grocery store with frozen items also which is very convenient also”
“I love the gym so much but the workers need work on customer service but other then that a great gym and if yur paying $100 a month they should at least discount the merchandise for those members just saying”
