Even though I was thoroughly NOT amused with my car breaking down again for the second time in a week (this time with two pups in cargo), I am eternally grateful for Holmes and Kugler Towing!! Both times they came to my rescue swiftly and got my stubborn car on and off the deck with ease! If you need a tow these are the guys to call! They will forever and always be SIMPLY THE BEST!

I had a horrible experience with this towing company. They towed my car and caused scratches on the rear, but they completely denied responsibility. When I confronted them, they showed me a blurry, unclear photo from before the tow, which proves nothing. It’s obvious they damaged my car but refused to own up to it. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest! If you care about your vehicle, avoid this company at all costs.

Yesterday was a difficult day for us. Our Kias EV6 just up and died on the road, and left us in a precarious position on the road. Thankfully a police officer called H&K. He loaded my car on his truck, but when he went to drive away the PTO wouldn't turn off. Long story short they were able to get another tow truck there and swap it out. Who does that? Props to these guys!!! Thanks

I'm so lucky I called these guys. I spoke to Josh who made a stressful situation a little less stressful. My truck was picked up and dropped off EXACTLY when they said for the EXACT price they quoted. No funny business and about $120 cheaper than my previous calls. Awsome!

The driver I encountered was very short and rude for no reason at all. He claimed he didn't know where the cat was going. What's worse is the vehicle was packed with miscellaneous things above the passenger front window and the window was open. He was going to risk things falling out the window into traffic. I asked him could he move it soo he didn't cause an accident. He didn't like that either.

In my experience, this company is AWFUL! Do not get your car towed here. The employee even said about the owner, Chris, verbatim “unfortunately he’s a jerk.” The most unprofessional and disgusting experience in my life. In my experience, they are money hungry callus people who are trying to make a quick buck at your expense. The owner, Chris, LIED to me, saying I could get my tow and that he’d be there when I got back. This was said IN FRONT of a police offer whom I called because of the disrespect and discrepancies in my car being towed. When I returned (15 minutes) he left purposely. A&C Towing, their competition is MUCH BETTER. Go there if you need a tow.

My wife broke down 70 miles from home and H&K was recommended to me by my Subaru dealer so I called them. They showed up and its not unheard of for ppl waiting for a tow that never comes. What really made me review and so high was what they charged was more than fair and reasonable for the distance. When in need I will definitely call H&K every time.Thank you for making a bad day a little better H&K
