Ok for years I've been going here Lui and the lady are the best the younger guy is very rude, start showing attitude while painting my nail, was rushing everything pulled my cuticle out it was bleeding. I told him how I wanted it to be done he told me no. It was bad not again with him. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wasn’t going to write a review, but then I thought about it and I’ve given my money to this business three times now. I need to say this so people are aware, because I will NEVER be going back.
I went in with my great aunt As usual, and this is about the third time we’re here. It felt a little weird when we walked in, but I called early to ask about availability and they said it was fine. There was only one other customer there, so it was perfect. This was around 3 pm on Sunday.
(I want add my great aunt has walking issues so she walks very slow and uses a walker.)
Now a lady gets started on her nails and a male gets started on mine. After filing my nails, taking dead skin off etc. before starting to paint my nails he ask can I pay right now? I thought this was odd being that I was here two times prior with my great aunt and I’ve never been asked this. So I say why? Because we are literally the middle of the service. He says because it takes a while for your nails to dry. He repeats can you pay now? I say no, why would it matter if we paid before or after plus WHY WOULD I TIP BEFORE for a nail service????
He then says you know what it’s fine. But it made me feel like he thought we might run off or just not pay. Mind you my great aunt can barely walk, I had to help her sit in the chair. After this encounter I didn’t enjoy the service at all. The rest of the time I felt like this nail shop didn’t really want us here. BUT I still paid for a service that wasn’t done well at all and by people that thought different of my aunt and I. I handled this situation as best as I could but now I ask who would pay in the middle of your service for a nail service and not only that tip as well before?
I will add pictures of my nails a two days later, I wish I took pictures the same day, no matter if it was gel or a regular nail polish this is the worst I’ve ever had my nails done. Not only that but my great aunts was completely uneven.

I would not recommend going there if you want your set done properly. And if you are vocal about your set being done properly, I went there three weeks ago The lady that works, there did a set on my nails. They were very lumpy very oddly shaped she broke two of my natural nails, then charged me for a soak off on top of it. I was not satisfied with my nails, so I called after I left and I asked if one of the gentlemen can fix my nails when I came back to get them fixed he placed me with the same lady the nails ended up coming out worse than what it did in the beginning. I said maybe she’s having a bad day went home, two weeks later went back for my refill. When I sat down the lady came to do my nails. She looked at me, realized who I was then called over the gentleman that works there when he started doing my nails they started having a conversation he would look at me look at my nails , I didn’t mind. I understand there’s going to be conversations with employees I get it, but I started noticing that he started burning me purposely and left me with a bunch of wounds around my Nailbeds that ended up becoming infected later on not only did he intentionally start burning me due to me complaining my nails looked utterly ugly and he has done my nails before and they always came out amazing until I complained about the shape and work that was done on my nails previously I would not go back there due to the fact of him intentionally hurting me due to my complaint so I advise you if you want the work done right and you’re going to complain. Be aware he might burn you with the machine multiple times. sad thing is is I’m on blood thinners due to strokes, and I explained that to him and he still kept burning me also at the end of the service he decided to upcharge me $10 with a clear sign on the wall saying a refill was $25 he charged me $35 and I asked him so the prices went up and he was like yeah for you. . Never again here are my nails it’s only been about a week since

My mother was in town and needed an appt. Made her appt but she was not feeling good so called to reschedule. They were able to get her in by the end of the day. They assisted with her and was attentive. She was pleased and will come again.

the worst place ever, I went in got my nails done, they started lifting a few days later. the manager then wanted me to pay to replace the nails. he wasn't even apologetic, acted as if he didn't care. it's just about the money. would never recommend this place to anyone ever!!
