This business is rude, condescending and obnoxious. I literally just called for information because I am new to the whole concept of using a groomer. Before even allowing me to ask any questions, the woman cuts me off and says the are not taking any new clients and in the same breathe talking about they are booking out to March. I was attempting to get clarification, however each time I attempted to pose a question to my confusion the rude ignoramus kept talking over me repeating the same phrasing that made no sense. Horrible customer service. If you see one star it is only because I couldn't give zero. Smh.

we have had our white poodle trimmed there several times before with decent results. I won't say great and I won't say bad but the price was good. about three weeks ago, we took our dog in for a grooming "apparently" with the same groomer, and when we got him back, I immediately noticed how close they had shaved his belly and his rear end, which this groomer had never done before. he was acting very funny with major sensitivity to his rear end. over the next several days, it just got worse and worse to the point where we had to take him to the vet. we took him to Sand Creek Vet where the founder Dr. McDaniels examined him and said that they had shaved skin off of his bottom side in two places. One where he was neutered, and another one closer to the rear. They had to put him on powerful steroids for two weeks to get rid of the infections. I called the people at head to tail to inform them that we were taking him to the vet and they said they would notify the owner immediately. It has now been nearly 3 weeks and nobody from head to tail has even picked up the phone to call and find out what happened or most importantly how our pet was doing. our dog is now pretty much back to normal thank goodness but this is incredibly disappointing the least they could do is refund the grooming and pick up our $145 vet bill. We will never be Using head to tails services again.

Took my dog Cassi in for a nail trim, had a ton of trouble finding someone who was able to groom her, even the vet couldn't manage it. But they got it done! She has a lot of issues with anyone handling her but she wasn't super stressed out after the appointment and their prices are unbeatable. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Rude as hell and if you try to point out they're wrong about anything they try to get your car towed. Condescending. Never going there again.

This is, paws down, the best groomer in the area! Staff are super friendly and our dog feels calmer here than any other groomer. The whole experience is like a doggie spa day!

These folks were so good to my over-anxious dog. She really needed her nails trimmed and they did it so well - and fast!They have a huge inventory of all things for dogs and cats. Food, toys, so many different types of harnesses, collars, and leashes. Beautiful dog beds.

I shop here for all my dog treats and have for about 4+ years now. They always have stock and are a pleasure to speak with. Ready to answer any questions. And of course when I do bring in one of my pups, a treat is always waiting for them at the counter.
