Been going to them for years with my cat moo turned us away when he needed emergency surgery when having a bladder stone , moo was a good boy , he didn't deserve that , hernas has no compassion. And love , all they care about is money , money is evil ? hernas you should be ashamed of yourselves, I don't care if you were low staffed , I loved moo so much , I don't even know how you could sleep at night after just caring about a pay check.

Terrible. Don’t even go since Dr Allen left. He was the saving grace to this dump. I don’t think Hernas knows what’s going on half the time. She can’t read X-rays. I moved over to River Road. Night and day with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff.

I called this morning to price a distemper shot for my cat. They quoted me $104 (my cat is a patient) I called the other vets, and they where all in the $30 to $40 range. Shame on you. For this, and other reasons, I will no longer take my animals to this vet.

I will bring all my pets here going forward. These folks are not here to just collect a paycheck, they sincerely care about animals and it shows from the moment you walk through the door. My dog is going through some serious health issues and they were very compassionate without trying to get you to pay for any service they don’t truly believe will help your animal. I am truly grateful I was referred to them.

I'm a low income mom of four children and my dog. Twice my dog has an accident and each time these awesome vets helped my baby out. I love them.

After bringing 2 dogs there for 12 yrs I cancelled an appointment on a Monday because my dog was getting better and the first thing the lady tells me is they are charging me 50 dollars not great news your dog is getting better just we charge 50 for a cancellation they will never get my business again and I would not recommend them to anyone
