Appears to be poorly managed. Employees standing around and goofing with eachother while I stand and wait for a 2 item online order to be picked. The order was placed 1.25 hours ago and then waited over 20 mins in store. Apparently the lock on a shelf is messed up so it's taking extra long. I will be ordering online for delivery going forward or just going to Lowes.

I called to ask if a certain item was in stack, as the website and automated phone system provided conflicting status. I sat on hold for 10 minutes. A woman answered and when I asked if she could check on stock, she said “sorry, I have a line” and hung up. Wow. Just wow.

This store messed up my on line order so bad and then did not really seem to care. Did not deliver on Wednesday as scheduled. Reset for Thursday and they just blew me off. Was supposed to come on Friday between 6-10am and did not show.
When I called I was told that the times were not available in the store and they had to get them from other stores even though I was told the night before that they were in stock and would be on the truck first thing in the morning. Still missing item from the order. I had top have it delivered because one of the items could not be picked up which seemed very strange because it was in the store. I will not shop this store again.

Shopping at Schenectady Home Depot is becoming quite difficult one of the Asm Cody either he is a racist or he’s targeting me once refusing to give me any help to load my materials and the other taking product off my cart saying he can’t sell them to me , products I load onto my cart from the floor. I thought that was against The Home Depot policy to deny customers products that had been loaded onto their cart.

The immigrants that illegally cross the border are now in the parking lot of this home Depot. LOOKING FOR WORK SO THEY DON'T LOOSE ALL THAT MONEY ARE GOV IS GIVING THEM..mini cash is 2,600$ and snap of at least 1,500 more if you have kids. And Home Depot don't care they are there panhandling and harassing ppl for work. Soon as you tell them where they get job today or by end week there English gets horrible!!! You awake yet New York??!! They already kicked VETS AND HOMELESS PPL OUT HOTEL FOR THESE LAW BRAKING IMMIGRANTS!!! THEY ALL SHOULD BE ARRESTED. Why are senior citizens get about $1,800 tops half of them don't even get that much a month to live on why all these get thousands and thousands of snap and cash every month it's disgusting 🤢
