The car was shipped from factory to dealership with 10" line down windshield. Dealership didn't notice it when they unloaded the car, when they detailed the car, when they did the pre delivery inspection. I noticed it when they delivered the car to me (6/19/23). Car also was missing paint inside the driver's side door. Car also had the rear trim piece above the back right tire with a gap. I was told well Honda decided to use the trim pieces for the 2022 on the 2023 so if we take it off and put it back on it will be even more of a gap. Honda Factory gets 1/5 stars for ever letting the car leave the factory.The dealership gets 0 stars because they gave me attitude when I pointed out the windshield. They had me come back a month and a half later to have the windshield replaced. I live 2.5 hours away so I drove all the way there, waited an hour and a half only to me told..."Oh sorry we can't replace your windshield today we have the wrong molding piece." So I had to drive all the way back home. That was 310 miles I put on my leased car because of YOUR factory defects.They called me a few weeks ago and said the molding piece was in. I again begged them to just pay the Honda dealership in my town to do the repair but they said no we want to make it right and we don't have an agreement with them. So I said ok you can come here and trailer the car all the way to the dealership because why should I have to put more miles on my leased car because of your messup......I was told "We are not going to do trailer it." They asked if I could come there on a Saturday and drop my car off and pick up a rental and come back Monday night so they would have time with the car and not be rushed and could make sure the car was all detailed and ready when I picked it up. Monday 10/16/23 came around and I waited all day with 0 update on the car. I called twice and eventually at 4:49Pm was told by Mike Malone, "They are finishing the calibration now and then they have to clean it up so it should be ready when you get here." What???? What happened to having ample time and not being rushed......that was another Mohawk Honda lie......I got there to pick up my car and it wasn't ready......then I was told oh no they didn't detail the car.....WTF....When I got into my car there was gunk smeared all over the windshield.... the windshield they just replaced.......then I found little rubber bits on the seat and center console........I brought those to the service desk...I was told by max..."Those don't look important." He apologized profusely and said, "Oh i can schedule you for a free detail if you want." My response, "You seriously want me to put another 310 miles on my car to fix another one of your messups???? Absolutely not....". Prints all over the mirror smudges and crap all over the dash. I picked it up at night. If the stuff on the dash and GPS are scratches we have an even bigger problem. They will be paying for the dealership here to replace all that. It is sad when my car comes back to me in worse condition than I dropped it off. I am beyond upset with my buying experience from the factory, to sales, to service, to now collision. This was the first new car I had bought since I was 18. I just turned 45. I had that dream of getting a new car and driving off into the sunset. That experience has been totally ruined and I will never get that back. I'm sure some people probably have had an excellent experience with this dealership but mine has been a documented nightmare.

I had recent dealing with Mohawk Honda in reference to turning a car which has been leased in Nevada and it's lease was coming to an end. I was having a very hard time getting it registered in NY state and was advised to speak to a Honda dealership. I went to Mohawk Honda because I had heard very good things about it. When I arrived everyone was so helpful and put me in contact with Prince. I can't tell you what a wonderful experience it was! Something that had been causing me so much anxiety ended up to be resolved in one day! Anyone who is looking for a Honda or needs to turn one in go to Mohawk Honda and ask for Prince!!

On my only visit to this dealership- 12/2020I had brand (still in original boxes)new after market 20” rims & brand new directional tires to be installed on the vehicle. Besides a lift and able bodied mechanic, nothing was purchased from service or dealership. I had rims & tires mounted on vehicle. The tires were mount wrong on all rims along with both of my doors(front) passenger & driver were dented during this visit.I also had issue with lugs nuts as the supplied ones (2) out of 20 had a differ thread pitch- without asking or calling local parts stores or getting lugs from Honda’s parts DeptThe service writer returned and said “the rims would have to be removed and replaced with factory 17” which I drove into the shop with.The service writer never asked other mechanics -in which I reiterated that he should do to see if spare lugs are available; in which one of the mechanics spoke up and supplied me with two that matched the thread pitch I needed to get me home. The whole visit lasted 4 hrs..I witnessed ppl come in wait for their vehicle and leave. The mechanic handling my car was young and seemed inexperienced. @18-20 yrs oldI don’t know if it was this mechanic or anotherat this location or the service writer while checking on my vehicle, that opened up both doors while in the mechanic's bay that caused the dents( slight in appearance).I was interested in driving home as it was late. The lifts should have rubber bumpers to prevent this from happening to further customers vehicles. I wasn’t pleased to say the least.

I went in for a appraisal on my Toyota Tacoma and got one of the best trade in deals I could have expected. I was able to leave the lot that day with a brand new car and could not be more satisfied with the expert and friendly service that I received. Scott found me the perfect vehicle to put me behind the wheel and Brianna prepared me perfectly for all of the nuances of the vehicle since I was upgrading from a 2014 to a 2024. Toni the manager made the signing process quick and painless, which was nice since I have never purchased through a dealership before.Overall I will continue to be brining my vehicles to Mohawk Honda, again not only for the friendly service but the expertise and professionalism as well!10/10 ??

ZERO STARS‼ The Most HORRIBLE Service Ever ‼These Men could care LESS about their Customers- The Bottom line at this DEALERSHIP is "COMMISSION" & Nothing more ! They Never attempted To Communicate With me regarding my Financial Situation, They just Do not care ! What they did & DO care about However? Getting my Car that was (leased) over a 36 month period (3 years)& was to be turned in with Less Than 10,000 miles & in PRISTINE Condition. TRAVIS Landry Mohawk Honda , proposed me a lesser Model that I didn't want at a Higher monthly rate than I was paying! Also He coerced me in the beginning of the 36 month lease to put down a 5, K down payment because my Credit score was too low!‼⁉Because I had communication with Honda Financial and always made my pmts On time & usually EARLY- They Suggested that I change DEALERSHIPS!!!After I declined the offer by TRAVIS LANDRY , He had assumed that I would be going forward with his offer because of (painting me in to a Corner) intimidating me over a Credit Score??? He actually had called my insurance company and canceled my insurance "without "telling me what he was doing!I had written a review shortly afterwards and got a call from their Sales Manager ( leaving a Message that he wanted to help me ) ? Of course I was naively hopeful, Mr JAMISON FRANK was actually calling to bully me into taking the Review off the Site as It affects the Dealership in the worst way! ( so he said) Otherwise he said he couldn't help Me‼Again no consideration whatsoever for a customer It's a Good ole Boys Club over There at MOHAWK HONDA‼‼‼I Resolved the ISSUE by Going to SARATOGA HONDA, I T Was a Night & Day Difference!I could not believe it ‼They we're so Kind & Considerate and They Listened, and I received the Absolute Best Deal ! I thought I was in A Different UNIVERSE! They Were On a professional level of A 1-10 a Perfect 10 !!! My salesperson , The Wonderful Sales Manager at SARATOGA HONDA Simply AMAZING & "NO DOWN PAYMENT"‼All the Extra Perks of Free Maintenance, free oil changes throughout the lease and a facility that provides free Car WASHES that the customers can use anytime ! NONE of these offers were ever offered at MOHAWK Honda! why ???⁉If You want A Wonderful Experience when purchasing a vehicle & spending your hard earned Dollars- I urge You to Check out SARATOGA HONDA where You can be Heard and treated with RESPECT ‼Something We all Deserve

Friendly staff, great facility that they are renovating... again. They definitely stay cutting edge and modern.No hassles, no hard sales tactics, no haggling back and forth over dines. Who needs that?They even fed us pizza and wings, but I am told this only on specific day(s). You might want to call up and verify, but I think it was Saturday.They worked within my budget, offered me a solid selection, made sure I was happy and ti be honest I valued their time and effort and they respected my free time and the entire process took an exceedingly shirt amount of time which is the thing I dislike 2nd most about buying a new vehicle. (The 1st being the song and dance haggling rotine).Lease or buy, this is the place to go in the capital dustruct. I love my truck, and there really is no denying the longevity, quality, and performance of a Honda.Strongly recommend.

Amith was wonderful and explained all the technology and helped me set everything up . I also got to see my old friend Linda who is always amazing and helpful. I absolutely loved their service! Our dealer was Luis Morales. He helped my husband and i every step of the way, answered all the questions we had and was very respectful and friendly. So much so that it felt like he was our good friend. Our coordinator was Abbie. Abbie was also extremely respectful and friendly. She was very thorough when it came to showing us how to use the gadgets inside our new 2023 honda civic EX. Tony Riano was our finance person, he was also very respectful and friendly. These 3 helped us feel welcomed, heard and comfortable! 5 stars for the place, and for each of the individuals that helped us. Again, absolutely loved the service and i recommend them 10/10!!!

I have never been to this dealership before . I was so happy I stopped in . I was looking for a specific car and I saw they had one at this dealership . I test drove the car and I fell in love with it . I found a few blemishes here and there and the rims were in pretty rough shape. Trevor promised they would make them look 90% better ….. WOW ! He was so right ! I couldn’t believe how good they looked ( they looked 100 % better ..practically brand new ) the detailer at this shop is a magician ! They also got each and every scratch off the car and buffed and polished it , you would have never even known they were even there . They treated me like family and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They kept me informed of how the whole process was going and everything was ready to go by the time it came to pick up my vehicle . I LOVE it here and would definitely buy another car from them . I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE ! I had Trevor as my sales person and Brian as my finance manager ….. they both did an AMAZING JOB !! Thanks again

I went here to look for a new/used Honda Civic and walked out with a 2023 Honda Civic Sport in red! Customer service was great and everyone was very knowledgeable. Amith Coonjbeharry, Delivery Specialist, was very knowledgeable in the “need to know” for my Civic and I felt very comfortable leaving the lot. He recommended some great services and accessories when I inquired about them and also provided me with prices and printouts of everything. I highly recommend anyone to speak with him who is inquiring about buying a car to get the best advice and knowledge for your new vehicle!

If I told u I'm very familiar with this dealship 1 st hand knowledge ,,,Ask yourself why are there so many 1 Star reviews, This dealership is ran by a bunch of drug dealers that's how they conduct business here ,,,,Take a good at this dealership staff all former drug dealers from Troy NY, Theres a family full of rat drug dealers , so please keep in mind if you support drug dealers shop at this dealership almost every worker there ben arrested for dealing cocaine, I encourage you to do a background check of the workers and staff , a bunch of hoodlums and felons,

Be carful here - they love to add optional fees to your monthly payment without you even knowing about it - look over the contract with a find toothed comb - they added a 699$ all season to my payment and didn't tell me or anything

We had to get a service check on our 7 year old civic. We needed tires and went to Mavis Tire to get them and they told us it needed struts and tie rod. When we brought it to Mohawk they told us it didn't need any of those things. Very honest and saved us a lot of money.
