I have been a Lia customer for a while now love the car-buying experience. Compared to other local dealers. But their service department needs work. The first thing is that every time I go there I have to spend an hour after I get the car back undoing everything that they do. What I mean by this is whoever moves the car must be huge as the seat is moved all the way back all the way down and leaned way back. It would be one thing if Honda had a way to save seat settings but they do not. I could also see if they had to move it a long distance but they are just moving it to a bay and back only a few feet. I could see moving the seat back but all of these adjustments seems a bit much.
Next, it would be nice for the person who works with you to tell you where the car is parked I instead of having to guess as I did.
My final thing is that ever since the first time I brought my car there I have had an error code that comes up that tells me to bring the car to the dealer. Every time I have done this they play around and send me on my way with no fix.
Overall not the worst place but I know there are better places around.

Jai Patel was genuinely such a nice guy; I’ve been to, like, a billion car dealerships before going to Lia, and they were all very rude. JP was hospitable and full of energy and made the process very easy for me as a first-time car buyer. I extremely recommend him to anyone who goes to the Lia dealership!

Just picked up my brand new 2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring from Lia Honda, and I’m absolutely in love with it! The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Went there pretty unsure if I was able to get a car at all given credit history but thanks to cheick who not only made sure the process was easy as it could be he also made sure there was a car within my budget. Thanks to that man and nick in finance my family went from 1 car shared between 4 people to 2 cars so that was a heavy burden lifted
