Bank is supposed to be open till 4pm Monday to Wed and at least till 6pm on Thursday and Friday and at least till 2pm sat. Ppl get off work after 5pm and do alot of transactions sat. They need to be more accommodating to the public realistic hrs like chase and td bank

This bank is a joke ? I don’t even know where to start. First off, they continuously lock your card due to fraud and are very unprofessional. I came to close my bank account and as I’m in the lobby ( the workers didn’t know I was still there ). They were talking about me ?. Unprofessional and need to do better.

We are new to the community and opened our personal account with Keybank a year ago. There were hiccups in the beginning, names misspelled on our checks, charges being taken that we were not aware of, items that were not posting to our account and a female manager that told us on 2 separate occasions when we had a concern, "It's not my job." Today we went in to open a business account and L. James Greenaway was Awesome!!! He walked us through everything that we needed to know in a timely manner. Extremely Professional and we will go to him in the future for any of our concerns. Great Job James!!!! We truly thank you.

Hard to get customers when no one(not even branch manager) in the bank can get you signed up. I have never heard of needing to make an appointment to sign up for a savings account and safety deposit box. The teller I worked with was great with answer my questions and getting me an appointment.
