Very cold reply when explaining a situation with my account pretty much told there is nothing they can do. Maybe I should start looking into going back to my old bank, I didn't have to deal with this level of bad customer service.

Personal banker took my debit card to reissue me a new one. She never did. My card never deactivated. Sitting around somewhere. Just found out from Peter on the customer service line. I will be going on maybe two weeks now without my debit card. Thank you. Soon I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This review has nothing to do with the Broadway branch but rather keybank as a company. I opened a checking account mid april and funded it using my atm card from another bank. On the 28th of april a charge appeared on my keybank account called "opening deposit reversal". So I call keybank, they can't tell me why this charge was there but they tell me the refund will take about a week to post. I've called multiple times since and get different answers about where my money went (some even spoke to me like I was trying to scam them) I had to call the other bank and dispute the charge. Key banks customer service is a joke. I was planning on leaving my current bank for key but after this I'm closing my keybank account and staying with my current bank

don’t mind the bank, but seriously the worst branch possible. went in for something simple and got harassed by louise for over an hour. told the manager and all that was said was “sorry” in a dim voice. sooo professional

I made an appointment for an on site appointment through an offsite customer service rep; this woman was a bit difficult to work with. However, she connected me with Mandy who was fantastic. She called me and solved all of my problems without me even needing to come in and saved me what I’m sure would have been quite a headache. Thank you, Mandy!
