I waited in line to drop of deposits from my store. It only took about 10 or so minutes but when I approached the teller with the deposits she pointed at the wall. She said I could "drop them off at the after hours deposit box." Correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't she have just taken the deposits instead of making me stand outside?

This is my current truth, on things I extremely experienced, and as expected. I believe the people and governments on this planet, and platforms. Shall the people and governments be in control in power on this planet? They should be able to make decisions for the other departments, local state federal, and make greater economic development decisions. Capitalization trades for everyone on this planet. So the stock market can skyrocket diamond green up percentage for everyone on this planet. So 999 Googlplex needs and wants can be manufactured on this planet entirely. Including all types of fossil fuels high quality thin stronger structures of infrastructure. They are called wood Stones, metals, steels, silicones, aluminum, coppers, and sands. So everything will be much more cheaper, and affordable in a safe way. For small size businesses, medium, size, and large sizes. let's pass all of these bills mostly for the people in control of power and the government in control of power. let’s get energy-independent, and dominate as a team for everyone on this planet. To change to more positive great, and good people on this planet.

What kind of operation are you running here? Why would you not cash YOUR OWN check for less than $1000 that you probably see all of the time? It must be my ethnicity and just good ole racism. Horrible horrible experience at this place. Also I have been in banking for many years and banks do not hold checks that are not going to be cashed or deposited right away. What were you planning on doing with the check especially for a non customer? Avoid this place at all costs because they obviously have no clue what they are doing.

Lately this branch has been closed at 11am when they are supposed to be open till 12 on a Saturday. They should be open till 1 or 2 like chase on Saturday and Sunday so people can bank since during the week they are closed by the time ppl get out of work at 5.Yes I know alot can be done from the online banking, but somethings you need to actually go into bank to do certain things epecially when trying to deposit cash and withdrawal

I have honestly been using KeyBank for my entire adult life which is a pretty long time without going into numbers I will tell you that all of the branches in the Schenectady niskayuna Rotterdam area that I’ve ever gone to have been pretty incredible over that many years that I’ve never had one issue, and more often than not there’s been many tellers, that I’ve possibly argued with no fault but my own as I was previously NOT smart with money however this is all changed now. Thanks to you guys.Today beginning at 8 AM the awesome KeyBank employees of Consaul Rd., Niskayuna started my day off beautifully by resolving an ATM issue quickly in order for me to avoid bounce fees well before 9 AM and well before I had to be to work, so I save myself any fees and I made it to work early …on top of it they were all so sweet and I just have to say that the rest of my day has been set on a smooth path ! I’ve always loved to be a KeyBank-er ha ha I like that little term I just made up ? anyhow, you get the gist of it here I wanted to just let these very patient people know that they completely saved me this morning and really they didn’t have to so I thought that was just above and beyond. I only wish that I had asked somebody’s name because it was through the little tube process, and I only saw them on the screen, but I did save my cash deposits, banking slip, and the teller name. I’m reading on here is: NORRITI a huge thanks to that young man, as well as the first girl I spoke to on the phone outside the bank when I was almost in tears and she had me come right through. Closed on Saturdays even after pandemic. Impossible to go during week as close Before most of us get out of work. Taking my money elsewhere and it is way more than most have. The tellers are nice.

I had a dispute with my credit card and was refunded the full amount without being asked for any more information.I was told by the customer service people that I was all set. Then I noticed the refund was taken back out making me owe them $105 instead. I tried calling the dispute department and they never answered the phone, making me wait for over an hour. I tried calling 3 separate times and they never answered the phone, keeping me on hold for over 45 mins each time. So I went to this branch and spoke to one customer service woman who couldn’t help me because she couldn’t access the paperwork that I needed to sign. Even though the papers were suppose to be ready for me there. I then came back a second time and spoke to the assistant manager and he tried calling the dispute center and we waited for 30 mins for them to pick up and they never did. The customer service level is beyond low quality and for the dispute center to not answer the phone makes me very unhappy and I will be closing my accounts. This is not a good bank to do business with if this is how they treat their customers.

Although fees are assessed in every transaction, but they understand and correct any complaint... I said earlier that I am tired with this bank, but after I talked with Kevin (a manager in the Bank) he advised me and gave me all the help attention to keep my money and reversed one fee. Thanks a lot.
