Terrible care. Staff are mean. Kids are left alone at times. Food is terrible. Hire in home help. It's cheaper and better care for your kids. This place should be shut down with all the citations they have on the state website!

Canceling day care multiple times now for periods over a week but still charging families for full time. Very disappointing in these times where a lot of families are struggling.

Look elsewhere, and be aware. I had my first 3 children enrolled here beginning in 2001 and we were fine with the level of service and management at that time. My 4th child began attending in 2018 and we noticed a sharp decline in the program, specifically the UPK program beginning in 2021. Some teachers were great, very caring and they put forth so much effort. However, some teachers should be fired or offered more training. The management seems to take complaints personally and targeted our child when we started raising concerns about his day to day activities. The owner refuses to respond to emails, lied to us numerous times and was cited by Albany County for not reporting multiple allegations of abuse raised by us. Thankfully another parent witnessed one of these abusive situations happening and reported it to Albany County. Heads up, the teacher accused of harming my child is still employed and working with little toddlers.You can find further violations at allegations at ocfs.ny.gov/programs/chi… And after being reported for abusive behavior towards my 4 year old, REFUSED to return our $500+ deposit when we unenrolled him.

Look them up on OCFS website for complaints and you will see September 2020 citation for corporal punishment and having unstable staff. This place and all its centers should be shut down! The owner and the director here are rude and lie.

My kids love this daycare as do we. They’re are extremely communicative and we have full trust that our kids are being taken well care of while we work.

Love Kidz Korner. As a former employee and an aunt of a current toddler I have nothing but great things to say. I left for my own personal reasons. If life had not thrown me the current opportunity than I would still be there as an employee. Janice, the director, is very professional and manages all the current situations with ease. They try hard to meet all the needs of staff and families Without questions asked. Would recommend anytime.

My kids are always happy when they get to Kidz Korner in the morning. They are treated well, do lots of fun activities, and have greatly advanced their social skills and intellect. Highly recommend!

My son was at Kidz Korner for over 3 yrs and we were beyond satisfied with the staff and the director. Each and everyone there was a support to my child moving forward into Kindergarten. I can not recommend this location enough.
